Today I was on the phone with one of my favorite clients.
We were discussing a new project code named “EverContent” or “E.C.” for short.
E.C. is designed to give our clients a perpetual content launch from each episode they record.
On the call he asked if he could give me some feedback on our process.
I said, “Of course.”
And he went on to tell me how much he hates Basecamp (our project management software) because it send him emails.
He said he hates emails.
“It's so 1990.”
I couldn't help but chuckle.
Why? Because he writes me back all the time telling me how much he loves the stories in my (almost) daily eMails.
