Now, this week, we’re just going to build off last week and the week before, and we're going to talk about the third phase of scaling your coaching or consulting business.
Now, once you’ve got on the first phase and the second phase, now in the third phase, what do you want to do? If you don't know the first phase and the second phase, be sure to go and check out both of those episodes because I went super-deep and I don't want to spend a whole lot of time here because I like to keep these episodes short, sweet, and actionable.
The third phase is building a world-class fulfillment system. Because now you've done those other two things, now you’ve got clients coming in at scale and now what you want to do is put in a system where these clients can get served at a really high level and it may be not just limited to you.
Now, at this point, you're probably doing $40,000, $50,000, $60,000 a month, $70,000 a month, maybe $100,000 or whatever, but anywhere between that, you actually generate some consistent revenue, pretty consistently, $40,000, $50,000 a month or beyond. Right? Now you want to build out this world-class fulfillment system.
This may look like hiring other coaches. This may be putting other things in place, building out your operations team. It depends on what your business model looks like and what you actually do for people. You want to actually zoom out and figure out what that looks like. [02:06.6]
Now, if you're not even at that point, this may not be something you even focus on. You probably should focus on Phase 1 or Phase 2 to get you to this point, so this may not be a conversation. Either way, you want to think about what you start thinking about what it's going to look like. Don't think too much on that because you want to focus the majority of your time, though, on Phase 1 and Phase 2. All right, so keep that in mind.
