Marquel: Hey, what’s up, my friend? Marquel Russell here, and welcome again to The School of Client Attraction podcast. And, again, I’m saying “again” because I'm talking to you like you always check us out. Hopefully, you do, but if it's your first time, welcome, extremely excited to have you here.

On today's episode, I want to talk about stress-free marketing and I want to give you a stress-free marketing plan as well, because a lot of times, a lot of coaches and consultants I'm finding that they're just kind of hustle. They're hustling 24/7, 365, just to get their next leads and next clients, and it's still not working out, so they're doing everything.

They're going live. They're doing videos. They're building. Some of them are building an email list. Most of them aren't. They're passing out flyers. They're passing out business cards. They're speaking. They're trying to put a phone together. They're testing out ads. They're on LinkedIn. They're on TikTok, Instagram. They're trying to do everything and it's endless hustle, and still stressed out at the end of the day and burnt out. [01:22.4]

And why? Because they don't really have a strategic plan when it comes to getting clients every single day. You want to have a specific process where you … because essentially you’ve got the marketing. For example, let me break this down real simple. With our clients, our clients who are coaches and consultants, we make it really simple and we say, You know what? The first thing to focus on is leads, apps, sales, service. So, you want to be getting leads every day, converting those leads into calls, having conversations and enrolling the right people, and it's serving those individuals at a really high level. That's number four. That’s to focus. [02:01.1]

How do we do that? Because a lot of times coaches, they’ve got multiple offers. They're trying to learn all these different traffic sources, all these different types of stuff. So I'm going to make this thing really stress-free for you and how we do it is we call it the rule of one. Okay?

So, the rule of one is this. Number one. You want to get crystal clear on your dream client. Who is your dream client for your business? And if we’ve decided your dream client, you want to say, Who are they? Do I like them? And can they pay? So, who was your absolute dream client? All right, that's number one.

Number two. You want to have one irresistible godfather offer and the godfather offer is an offer they can't refuse. You want it to be leveraged. You want to be high-ticket, $3,000 to $10,000 or more, and you want it to provide amazing transformation. What is your highest level of service that you can provide your dream client to get them the outcome that they want? That’s number two, your godfather offer.

Number three. You want to have one funnel. You don't want to have multiple funnels. You don't have to have these complicated funnels and all this different type of stuff. You want to have one simple funnel where you can generate a lead, convert that lead into a call, and then have a call with them and see if they're a good fit for your offer. So, one funnel. Don't make this complicated. [03:05.1]

Number four. You want to have one traffic source. One traffic source. It could be Facebook ads. It could be YouTube ads. Whatever it is, you want to have one traffic source where you can get unlimited leads every single day.

So, you want to be emailing your list that you're building from your paid advertising, so send out one email every single day. Typically days you work, so at least Monday through Friday or something like that to continue to communicate and cultivate the relationship with these leads.

And you want to have one conversion method. If you're a coach or consultant and you’ve got a high-ticket coaching program or a service or so forth, the conversion method is probably going to be over the phone, having a conversation with them and then enrolling them into what you have to offer. Okay?

And then you want to give yourself one year, okay? One year, and not one year to continue to add stuff on and complicate things. You want to give yourself one year to refine it. What can you remove? How do you make this more simple? How do you make your business more elegant and get your ideal client the results they want? And you give yourself one year that leads to 1 million.

Now, if you focus on that process, really keep things simple, don't overcomplicate it, you'll be surprised what your business will look like one year from now. You’d better remove yourself from all the daily hustle and bustle, and really grow a business that serves you and serves your ideal clients, all right? [05:09.6]
