(00:35): Hey there. Welcome back to find your fierce. We are so glad that you were here with us today. Amy Dudley is finishing up with part two when it comes to the yoga experience. I know it's a tough one. It's going to raise a lot of questions. If you have not listened to part one, please be sure to go back and do that here. And I'm just so glad that you're with us. I know it's a tough one. It's a huge step out in faith for each and every one of us. And I'm so glad that Amy is here to share her heart, her fire, and her love for the Lord. We're just going to dive right back into it. Enjoy, you know, I keep thinking too, because of the fact, and, and some of you guys are maybe listening to this right now and you're like, Oh, I had no idea.

(01:16): Well, and I think it's almost meant to be hush hush. Yes. There's a big debate in the church. Yes. There's some controversy, but I mean, I'm like smack dab in the middle of the fitness arena as have you. And I had no idea that there was that because there was this hush hush, because no one was bold enough, except for the friend that texted me to say something and have me question because it's radical. It's embarrassing. I I'm just using the words that work that came into my heart. There's no way I'm going to talk about this. And there's a way I can put this out there for people. I mean, you might lose some clients. You might lose some friends because you're nuts. You're crazy. You become radical. And that's where I, when I, when I started this conversation with you today, it's like, okay, the persecution, it's going to be okay.

(02:11): The fear of man, it's going to be okay, why I was shaking, why I am still shaking. And it's not even out there right now, because it's such a bold, bold move that the Lord is asking us to take that. He's asking us to take that move out there. Girl, it's even in schools. And you know that the schools are accepting that again for the peace, the calmness I want, we definitely need to get that article out. You guys, you talk about waves and fire, and this is why I just had to have Amy on here to share this with you. Selfishly. I wanted back up. I wanted, I wanted that. And I selfishly, but I also know the impact and the waves that she is making in this movement. And that is why, you know, she's part of the reason why I'm so convicted on this.

(03:04): And she was just in a major article, it went to another state here. It's waking people up and the impact that it has. And so we will definitely get the article out to you guys for that. But let's talk about that fear of man, because you've been, if people say no, yoga is not my thing and it could seriously just be, yoga's not my thing. Or there could be another layer. There's a reason why it's not their thing. And I can, I can attest to that because about five weeks ago, I started a flex series in my fit and fear sisterhood, never once mentioning the reason why I started talking about being vulnerable here. Not mentioning once as to why I started the flex program. I'm like, Hey, flex is out. We're going on school. We're going to stretch those hips. Never once did I say, well, I started this because I'm not doing yoga because it doesn't align up to what the Lord is asking me to do.

(04:07): And praise Jesus, praise Jesus. He had you, when you didn't even realize it, he was coordinating all the pieces behind the scenes, but he had you go through it just like he had me go through it because then you can have the nice that go. You know, when will, you don't even know, Oh, you didn't even go through the training. You haven't done, but you were convicted enough, but you didn't really realize it. But he had you covered. He knew you had a pure heart and clean well, and you wanted the best for your clients and those listening. And so he had you to flex. You could have very easily going through the whole thing. Like, why aren't you doing it? It doesn't make sense in the natural, but in the spiritual, he had it all lined up for a time, such as this.

(04:52): And it's, and it's, it's like helping people to have the fact of when they sit with it and they ask the Lord that they're going to go through those things to their, friend's going to call them up. Do you want to go do yoga? Take, let's take this, hit this class, the Saturday morning, people are going to be faced with that and, and, and have to confront or deal with that fear of man.

(05:15): Yeah. I was, I'll tell you after I got convicted in August, and then I went through all the emotions and sat with it. I still have not said anything to my family per se. They kind of know, but they don't know. You know? I mean like our kids were like, let's do yoga. I'm like, no, no. They're like, mom, why are you freaking out about this? Is this an a, can you just, can you give me some grace right now? If you can't explain it yet, but no, I had a good friend that I used to travel, but I used to go with we text, Hey, go into class and ran into her in target in the fall. No joke. This is no joke. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, it's so great to see you. Oh my gosh. You know, we've been all cooped up with this Cody stuff.

(05:57): She's like, Hey, I'm hitting class. Do you want to go with me? And I, I froze. I froze. And I just said no. And she looked at me, tilted her head, strange. Like, that's really weird. Like you always, and she just said, okay, like, I'll talk to you soon. Like I wasn't ready. So that's where there's no judgment. There's this is a process. This is a journey. But this is for you. And you personally, anyone who's listening to take this with your journal, you know, and whether you're in the Bible or not, whatever, doesn't matter, but take a journal and just sit with it were why show me why I'm doing this. Show me why I like to do this. Show me the origin, lead me to what you want me to read or listened to or watched whether that's on YouTube like you did, or I wasn't ready.

(06:46): It's been a process. And the Lord has been so gracious in loving me and then not to go down that path of containing myself. Ah, geez. You know, cause that's that in my past, it's such a fear of man. I'm still working through that. I've grown up with it. My whole life wanting to please. I was a former pleaser. I want to be included. I don't want to be excluded because I never was. I was bullied for sharing that story with you. So many of us are, and we carry these wounds from childhood. So it's been layers of unpacking. Well, why are you doing this? Well, why? You know? And when he really showed me, he's like, you're tough on the outside. I mean, you're all muscly and whatever. And you know, people are always like I never, for me, I never thought it was enough.

(07:32): I never, I just wanted that next thing. I never thought he took it all away. He took it all the way two and a half years ago with an injury. And you're going to sit with me. Why don't we do this Lord? Because you want to be included. You fear, man. And you need to fear me not man. You need to put your flesh aside. So fear is a bully. It is in a bullies, all of us in different ways. You may say, you're not afraid of man. I say, and for some, if you know, you're buried in your work, I did everything I've done. I've gone a hundred miles per hour. Like I'm going to prove like I'm going to be excellent at work. I'm going to be excellent. I'm going to be an excellent know. And I'm just like, just stop already,

(08:13): You know, hence the need that we said that we needed to do yoga to find, to find the peace and the calm. Yeah. We just need to, we need to flip that script and find peace. And the only one that could provide that, and it's not going to be found in anything or anyone besides our creator. And and I think, you know, one of the things I wanted to hop on here today and, and do this was because we just want to shed some light and and you can make that decision. Yeah.

(08:47): Yeah. It's not anything today on our morning prayer call and they brought up some 45, 10, and it really has sat with me now, listen, daughter, pay attention and forget about your past. Put behind you every attachment to the familiar, even those who once were close to you and that weren't familiar. Another mentor of mine has been, has been preaching on this as well. Familiar liar is in that word, familiar, familiar liar. So again, we go back to Jill, just, you know, the justifying, what everyone's doing it well, it's familiar. Well, this is what we, you know, why are you rocking the boat? Why are you going against the Y? Because I know now that being on the other side of this, and again, we're still in process. There is no such thing as perfection. We're all on a journey. We need each other. We need the bumper rails and to fall off and get back on. But it's, it just needed to be convicted. But I know that I have peace. I've never felt this kind of peace ever 49. And when you can sit with God and go, okay, what are we doing to it's really hard.

(09:57): And then every day's a new day. What are we doing today? Lord? Like he plans my workouts, not me. I have options, you know? Cause I'm still bossy and I'm like, okay, we can do this. We can do this. We can do this. Okay. Thank you. Word. I'll sit quiet. What do you want me to do? How about you? Just sit here with me. All right. Today was let's ride. Yeah. Awesome. What do I do for stretching? Is there another way? And there absolutely is. It takes courage. It takes boldness strength. And you know, when you pray these prayers, like I said before, break me, show me, send me I'm in the sudden mean part now. Like, okay, I don't really want to do this. I don't remember somebody else can, you know, Jill can like somebody and it's like, no tap, tap, tap. Nope. You guys tag you it, but just like UGL.

(10:47): When your friend and you were, you know, resented, I had a friend 10 years, more than 10 years ago when I first really started diving in. I'd never read the Bible until 10 years ago. I never was into any of I'm nothing. I mean, I kid you not, but I didn't have peace. And I kept just searching, but she didn't have the courage. I love her. She's a massive Christian, but she didn't have the courage Jill to say, I just said, you want to go to this yoga class? And then she just like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. She couldn't get words out. And I didn't have the courage also to ask him, well, why? I was like, okay, well I'm just going to go. She didn't want to shut me down. But I wish she would have said something. And so I think that's why we're on here today to just, we're really just planting a seed. Yes. We're stirring the pot. We're stirring the water because I don't want any of my friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, same with you, Jill. I don't want anyone to go. Why don't you say anything? Like how come you knew and you didn't say nothing.

(11:47): Yeah, I seriously, I am. I, my jaw still drops in the fact that I had no, that there was such a divide because it's not something that people talk about openly, publicly. Well, especially when you see it everywhere again, even in our schools and, and there's, there's going to be some that will completely dismiss this. You might've already clicked off to listening to this and then there's others. That's going to take it to heart and just kind of dive in a little bit more and grow in your relationship with the Lord and, and what he is speaking to you and to whether or not it's aligned the movements that you do, if they are aligned with him. And we know we're going to hear something, usually when I hear something and if I don't like it, I ask again and then again, and then make up my own story, right. To fit my, my, my plans.

(12:48): Right. Cause we all want to be comfortable, be uncomfortable. Like, but that's not what we're called. And when you talk about the school's gosh, it makes me just my stomach charges. I wasn't there last year. This, but my daughter literally took my yoga mat to school. We're in public school. I had no idea. I didn't question. I was like, Oh, okay. Yeah, you guys are gonna stretch like in gym class. Awesome. Great. And I think now I'm like, Oh my gosh, I never even stopped. But the Lord has been really showing me, especially the last time. And I didn't understand what he kept saying. He kept saying, it's not what you see. It's not what you think. It's not what you see. It's not what you think. It's what you don't continue. Walk by faith. Not by sight. Two Corinthians five seven has been my verse for the last 10 years.

(13:37): Walk by faith, not by sight. And I'm like, but everybody walked by faith, not by sight, but everybody stop sweet girl. I love you. It's not what you see. And he's really bringing into full picture of what that means. So we are not here. Police here, our hearts to condemn, to point fingers. Or even if you're still hanging with us and listening to go, Oh, well my mom does it. And my sister does it. Oh my gosh. I knew that was no, it's not to cut down. If you've ever done yoga, even one time, even one time you open the door, we're not going to get into that right now.

(14:20): I was just going to ask you that the impact that's, that's a whole other, that's a whole other episode of the doors that are opened and the impact that it has. But what I can share with you is what I know now. I don't want to open that

(14:36): And nor do I. And just if you're listening and you're going, I have these two have lost their minds. A and B, they keep talking about this open door. Like what is an open door? Cause like that's how my brain, like what does an open door? Like? It means you opened yourself up to invite the enemy to come in and torture you in ways that you're like, I had no idea. The enemies legit. Y'all he prowls, he's looking for anything to twist you, to get you off track, to get you away from God. Even though you're doing the things, even though you're reading career, doing the things, and again, it may not be yoga for you, but let me tell you, we all have doors that are opened. And like I did not know like saying bad word, you say a bad word. You just invited the enemy to stomp all over you. And maybe it's not you, but it's working in and through you to attack your family. And you're sitting here going, wow, I don't know why my kids are off track. And I don't know why my marriage seems to be in the Hoover. You know what I mean? Like all of these random things, it's not random when you start tuning in and we've, we've both been showed this girl, you know it.

(15:45): Yeah. Yeah. It's definitely, there is a spiritual realm out there that so many are walking around oblivious to, to no fault of their own. But again, once you know, once you can see you can't unsee, you can't unhear once you hear. So that's, that's what I get fired up about. Like you now know. And I'm so thankful for that and take the step in faith here today is absolutely amazing. We're going to definitely send that link out to you guys when I'm here. So be on the lookout for that. Where can they find you? I mean, Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, I'm trying to get better.

(16:32): Yeah. There's so many. There are so many, so really it's Facebook right now. God has really had me quiet. I used many of the social media tools to promote past businesses and it's worked beautifully, but he's really had me quiet and like sitting with him. And so you're getting ready to launch. I don't know what that platform is yet, whether it's on YouTube, but if you search up my name, you'll Amy make Hugh Dudley. Mchugh is my maiden name. That's where you'll find me on Facebook and please feel free to message. I know that another mutual friend of ours, of Jill and I are, we're getting ready to go live as well. And this other friend is super bold and she's a part of her and her husband run roar, house ministries. And, and that's where Jill and I really made the connection and we were invited to be a part of something.

(17:26): And she was convicted of this a couple of years ago. And there's a deliverance in prayer ministry, but that's who really helped us. And we'll also be going live on this because we're, we're exposing the truth. And that's what I was just want to say, Jill, I'm so proud of you. It's hard. Y'all to just lay it down and just speak truth and from the heart and, and, and we all want to self-protect right. We all have ego and pride and just to step it aside and go, listen, come persecution or not. They're going to get haters. It's okay. We're going to love you back. But people loved us enough. Like our mutual friend, Kim and, and, and many others loved us enough. That is the reason that we're here, but we're also here because I don't want anyone to go. Why didn't they say anything?

(18:18): Like I know her, I, and she say anything. And that is just so courageous and bold. And I'll just share in Matthew five, you know, sit with that. But this persecution, Matthew five 10, how enriched you are when you bear the wounds of being persecuted for doing what is right for that is when you experienced the realm of heaven's kingdom, how ecstatic you can be when people insult and persecute you and speak all kinds of cruel lies about you because of your love for me. So leap for joy, since your heavenly reward is great for you or being rejected the same way the profits were before you, your lives are like salt among the people. But if you like salt become bland, how can your saltiness be restored? Flavorless salt is good for nothing and will be thrown out and trampled on by others. So you're the salt, Jill lights.

(19:17): Yeah. And, and anyone that's listening, we love you for sure. Our hearts, there's so much distraction out there and so much just dissension and evil. And they, you know what I mean? This is exactly what the enemy wanted. Not going to win or common to take territory back. That was stolen. Period. End of story. I love it. This is so good. We're definitely going to have to have you back to extend our conversation and to, you know, to expand on that. I cannot thank you enough for being here so much, ladies. I hope you enjoyed today's.
