I've noticed the strangest thing lately.
People telling me how much they like working with me and my team because we do what we say we're going to do.
Silly me, I thought you were supposed to honor your word or you are worthless.
But it turns out there are tons of people out there who say one thing and do another.
To make things worse they charge big buckeroos for their B.S. and broken promises.
My word is my bond and I know I'm not the only one like this.
In his book “Influence” Cialdini talks about the psychological principle of “Commitment and Consistency.”
Unlike these internet sociopaths, normal people like you and me want to do what we say we're going to do.
Once we commit to something we want to see it through.
