I love waiting to the absolute last minute to get things done.
For instance,
Last June I was at my quarterly Strategic Coach day.
The focus…
Our team.
They tasked us with bringing our team together and getting them lined up with our vision for the company.
Which sounds cool in theory.
What about when you don't work in the same building?
Our team is spread out all over the world.
Worse.
I've been working with some of these people for years never speaking a single word to them.
We've done everything through eMail.
So it was a little scary for me.
Anyways, I waited to the last minute again.
My quarterly “Coach” day is coming up.
And I had to get this meeting done.
So we gathered everyone up, got on a zoom call, and gave them the dog and pony show.
That's when things got weird.
When we asked our team for feedback — one after another thanked us for making their job easier by having great systems in place.
Most have never worked with such an organized team.
Why is this weird?
Because it's one of the things our clients love about us.
We put them on rails and give them the quickest possible path to knocking out every objection their market has.
In fact, one of our clients said, “…you're creating your ideal client as they go through that process.”
