Yesterday I was at my final Strategic Coach workshop of the year.
The first half of the day went as usual.
Thy taught us a concept.
We wrote about the concept.
Then we talked about the concept.
These three simple steps are the beginning of every major improvement I've made in my business over the last two years.
Anyways…
Right before lunch we got into the 10x mind expander.
I thought I was ready for it.
But when we got into it I got extremely uncomfortable.
I started second guessing everything I was writing.
Right before they split us into groups to talk about it, I nearly walked out of the room.
I'm sitting in a room with Financial Planners, Real Estate Developers, Attorneys, and Television Producers.
I thought, “Everything in my list is probably stupid to these people.”
And that's when I started to panic.
Luckily, I've been in ‘the game' long enough to know when I get scared it's time to lean in.
But it makes sense.
Dan Sullivan likes to say “Growth results from the willingness to go through periods of fear, uncertainty, and discomfort to reach a higher level of “normal.”
That's what I was feeling.
Yesterday I realized how obsessed I've become with Growth.
Personal Growth.
Financial Growth.
Growth of our business.
Growth of our team.
Growth of our clients.
Growth of our bank accounts.
All I can think about lately is growth.
I've laid the ground work to double our revenue next year.
And you know what?
It's a little scary.
But I'm confident we have the right environment to make it happen.
What about you?
What are your plans for next year?
What are you doing to GROW?
How are you going to make it happen?
Check this out…
I'm thinking about putting together a small group of people who are obsessed with growth like me.
So we can work together to accelerate our growth.
Sound cool?
Shoot me an email back and let me know.
