One of the things they keep trying to drill into our heads is the quantity of our relationships is not as important as the quality.
The main focus this quarter is something called the “R-Factory DOS” conversation.
It's a talk we're supposed to have with the people we care about most.
Generally I save this talk for my top 20 clients and everyone on my team.
It helps me find out the underlying motivation in people's lives and then gives me an opportunity to help them to have big breakthroughs.
It reminds me of my clients who ask me how they can get more downloads.
I ask them, are you trying to get sponsors for your show or are you trying to get customers for your business.
If it's sponsors, then the number of downloads is important.
But if you're trying to get more customers then having the right listeners is all that matters.
