Noticed something weird the other day.
I run with a crowd that’s full of overachievers.
Each one is trying to beat their last greatest performance.
They want to win BIGGER and more often.
So they push themselves.
And push themselves.
And push themselves until they find they’re in a deep dark hole of despair.
When you’re in that dark place it starts to hurt.
You begin to doubt yourself.
You start questioning why you’re doing what you’re doing.
Brain won’t quit with all the negative self talk.
And before you know it…
Your self esteem takes a nosedive.
Your business is underperforming.
You’re asking yourself, “What the hell do I do now?”
Back to my friends…
The ones I told you asbout earlier.
Turns out they’ve all experienced this dip.
It’s common when you’re always striving for bigger and better things.
And there’s a way to deal with it.
There’s one sure fire way to reset your brain when you get into the dip.
Want to know what it is?
Take some time off.
Get your mind off business and all the other trash that’s running around in there and do something you love.
That’s all I’ve got for you today.
.:: You’re Welcome ::.
