I think I did it again.
I made you believe I only did one thing.
Oh baby.
It might seem like I'm nuts.
But I'm serious.
Oh baby, baby.
Oops, I did it again.
I talked someone else out of podcasting.
On a call today with my favorite kind of business.
Brick n' mortar.
The dood wanted to add a podcast to his marketing mix.
I asked questions.
Dug deeper into what he was doing.
And found out what he really wanted was…
More sales.
More consistency.
More Profits.
That's when I told him, “Forget about podcasting. It's a distraction.”
What he really needs is to tighten up his business so he didn't have to work so hard.
My favorite part about Brick n' Mortar businesses is you don't need to make huge sweeping changes to create windfalls of cashola.
How do I know? Because I cut my teeth in Brick n' Mortar.
And one of my businesses is Real Estate – actual brick, mortar, and dirt.
Most exspurts are like a hammer – to them every problem is a nail.
They only have one way of doing things.
Not me, I'm more like a Swiss Army Knife.
I have different tools for different problems.
Anyways…
If you're in a brick n' mortar business and you're wondering if a podcast will work for you.
We should talk.
Book a call http://ThePodcastFactory.com/DIFM/
And I'll tell you if it will work.
Or if you should try something else.
