I'm heading to Atlanta for my quarterly Strategic Coach tune-up.
Every three months we get together to work on our business. While we're there we have a chance to reflect on how far we've come and plan what we need to do next.
Over the last quarter I had three things I was working on:
1. Run Facebook ads and get some data on acquiring a customer from cold traffic (So far I'm not impressed with the numbers, which means I may pivot. I'll tell you more about that another time.)
2. Implement our referral program
3. Tighten up our intake system to better support new talent when they come on board to do their podcast show.
Even though it's not perfect, we definitely did work on all three areas.
One thing that we realized this quarter is that our clients want to know what else they can do with their podcast.
They're taking the time to create the content.
They're investing the big bucks to work with me and my team.
They want to know what else they can do to leverage their podcast.
