Do you believe in luck?
Seneca said, “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”
2,000 years later, this still holds true.
When you're ready.
And an opportunity comes your way.
You can capitalize on it.
To the outside world it looks like luck.
But only you know the time you invested into getting yourself ready for that opportunity.
This is something I work on – DAILY – with my son, Huddy.
He asks for something.
I make him a deal.
He either takes it or leaves it.
And if he misses out,
I tell him…
“Too bad, so sad. You should've taken the deal when it was on the table. Now it's too late.”
I want him to recognize opportunity.
Be ready to pounce.
And make things happen while everyone else thinks he's lucky.
Reminds me of a conversation I had last Friday.
Running ads on my new book funnel.
Some random dude comments: “I wish there was a Paypal option.”
I put the page up so fast I guess I forgot to include a PayPal option.
So I tell him, “Shoot me a DM and I'll hook you up with Pay Pal.”
He DM's me,
I give him Pay Pal instructions.
And he asks, “Where cam I read more about your books.”
That's when I realize – this guy isn't serious.
If he was,
He would have pounced.
So I tell him,
“You can read about them on Amazon. In fact, if you like them you're better off buying them there.”
He got crossed with me when he realized the books cost TWICE as much on Amazon.
See, he missed the chance of getting two of my books for less than the price of one.
Right now you can grab a copy of my two best selling books:
“Direct Response Podcasting™: Turn listeners into raving fans and your best clients”
“Podcast Recipes: 50 Recipes to build your brand, grow your audience, and make more sales.”
For way less than you can get them on Amazon.
If you're the type that wants to read about the books first…
Go to Amazon and check it out yourself http://ThePodcastFacrtory.com/Amazon/
And when you're ready to save BIG when you get both books go to this special page I created for you:
That's all for today,
PS – There's still no Pay Pal option – so don't ask.
