Marquel: Hey, what’s up, my friend? Dr. Marquel Russell here, the king of client attraction, and welcome to this brand new episode of the School of Client Attraction. [01:04.4]

Today, we're going to just build on last week's episode, so, hopefully, you checked that out where I shared with you the first phase of scaling your coaching and consulting business. Today, we're going to talk about the second phase. Once you've done the first phase, if you haven't done it, go check out that episode.

Once you complete that first phase, then we're going to get into the second phase. The second phase of scaling your coaching or consulting business is creating a client attraction flywheel. Okay, you want to create a flywheel where, for example, when this one thing happens, this happens, this happens and now it continues to spin and it doesn't stop, just like a flywheel.

What does that look like? For example, I’ll just give you a basic example. For us, that may mean we help a client get results. They send us a testimonial. We use that testimonial. We put that into our advertising that sends us a new client, and then, that new client, we help them get results. They send us a testimonial. We put that in content, and then blah, blah, blah, and now that system continues. That's not our exact one, but that's an example of what that may look like. [02:02.6]

For example, you may launch an ad. This ad does this. This happens. This happens. This happens. That leads to a client. This happens. This happens. But you want to have a systematic approach where you're getting new leads in your door every single day. Those new leads are converting to applications. Those applications are converting to actual calls.

Some of those calls are converting to actual clients, and now those clients are getting served, and then those clients are getting results. Those clients send you a testimonial. Those testimonials are maybe going into your marketing, and then that marketing is sending you a new client, and so forth and so on.

But you want to figure out what that looks like for you based on your particular business model and now you create this flywheel. Now every time you spin it and you speed it up, it just continues to spin and continues to spin without interruption. That's what you want to have in your business and that's the second phase of scaling your coaching and consulting business.
