Now, in today's episode, I want to talk to you about the first level of scaling a coaching and consulting business, because a lot of people are like, I want to grow. I want to grow and scale my coaching business, and it’s multiple levels of it. It’s like seven levels of it, but I think over the next few episodes, I'm going to share at least three. I may go deeper and share all seven, I don't know, but I know I'm going to share at least the first three because I know most people have got to get through this part. But the first level of growing and scaling your coaching or consulting business is getting and serving your first 10 clients. Right? Getting and serving your first 10 clients. A lot of people are trying to do this and they're trying to do that. They're trying to add all that complexity to their business, and when I ask them like, Hey, have you sold and served at least 10 clients? And they're like, No. That's what you should be focused on. Whether that's through ads, whether that's through DMs, whether that's through emails or whatever, what I want your focus to be, if you haven't yet, I want you to focus on selling and serving your first 10 clients, my friend, and that's the first level of scaling your coaching and consulting business.
