Marquel: Welcome to the brand new episode of the School of Client Attraction, and I'm going to show you three systems you want to have in place, so you can actually break through the six-figure ceiling and your business.
A lot of people, their goal is to get, I know just like me, when I came online and I started building a business, the Holy Grail was getting 10,000 a month. Everybody wanted to get 10,000 a month. Then it’s 20,000 a month. One of my mentors actually used to say, “If I make 20,000 in a month, that's a bad month for me.” Now, I used to be blown away because it just seemed like so much money, right? I was like, Okay, so that's what my sights were focused on. [01:00.7]
So, I hustled and I hustled and I hustled and I hustled, and I finally got to the $10,000-per-month mark, and it was actually with a coaching business several years ago. Once I got there, I actually was able to get to the six-figure mark, probably doing $100,000 to $150,000 a year, or at least $100,000 a year or so forth, but I couldn't really tell how I got there because I was missing a few steps.
I know I got there, but it was just hustle, hustle, hustle, but now I was like, All right, how do I get from six figures, 100,000, to $250,000 a year and $500,000 a year, $1,000,000 a year and so forth and so on? And I realized that what actually got me there, what got me to where I was at that time, 100,000 a year, wasn't going to get me to my next level.
So, I had to implement three specific systems. This is just three other immediate systems that you got to implement if you want to break through that six-figure ceiling.
The first system that you want to implement is a marketing system, an automated marketing system, where you can get unlimited leads every single day for your business. There are many different ways you can do that. You can do Facebook ads. You can do YouTube ads. You can do a mixture of different things. [02:00.7]
One of our favorite ways is obviously a hybrid model. We do paid advertising, which is Facebook and Instagram ads and things of that nature, and we also do content, so content on our Instagram, our YouTube, also obviously our show here at School of Client Attraction. We mixed the paid advertising with our content and they all feed into each other, so now we've got leads coming in every single day, so when we wake up and to start our day with the business, we're not worrying about, Okay, where are next leads or clients are going to come from? Our calendar is already filling up. People are already applying. Whether I'm asleep, whether we're on vacation or whatever, the system is working. So, the first thing you’ve got to do is, okay, how do I put an automated process in place to actually do just that? That’s number one.
Number two, you want to have a sales system. How do you get to the point where you’ve got sales coming through every single day, without you actually having to do the sales? Right? At some point, you may be doing the sales, right? But if you want to really scale things up, you may want to start getting to the point where you’re moving yourself from some of the sales. [02:57.3]
Now, I will say this. Before you start hiring salespeople, one thing you want to do is make sure you’ve got your offer dialed in, in that it's converting for you. Most people try to outsource their sales to other people or hire salespeople and they haven't even dialed the offer in and then they're mad because the salesperson they brought in isn't converting like they want.
So, the first thing you want to do is get to the point where you're personally able to sell your offer and convert it 20 to 25%, and you’ve got consistent applications and volume coming in that comes from the marketing system. Right? And now you can begin to remove yourself from the sales, but even if you don't remove yourself from the sales immediately, you want to have a systematic approach of how you’re actually bringing in sales. So, that's number two.
Now, the third system is going to be the operations, like when they come on board, what's your fulfillment process? Once somebody buys, whether they're speaking to you with somebody else, what happens next? You want to have a systematic approach where you have the agreement go out, they sign the agreement and they get access to the next step. [03:54.4]
And then how do you fulfill? Because now as you grow and you go from, let's just say, for example, if your offer is 5,000 and you’re getting two sales a month, now you're at 10,000 a month, right? But now you want to grow that to where you're getting five clients a month or 10 clients a month or whatever. How do you still fulfill in a way where your clients are still getting results and they're not dropping through the cracks, and they're not like, Let me get a refund because this is broken, right?
So, you want to make sure you’ve got that operational process in place where people can come through and now, once they enroll, you have a specific process, so you can feel at a really high level and they get a green-carpet experience, as we call it.
Okay, so those are the three systems that you want to have to help you break through that six-figure ceiling and, of course, it's going to all boil down to your mindset as well, continuing to level up your mindset. Those are the three systems you want to have to help you break through that six-figure ceiling.
