Welcome to the making of a dm how to deal with being overwhelmed. And with anxiety. You better buckle up. This is gonna be a wild one. So with that said, let's get started

0:19
I'm here to help and teach you what I know and to discover freedom. No question Warren Gibbons when he stepped in the Dow. What's the deal maker, a deal maker. I'm not just the deal maker. Dream may be their champion boy, Mark Evans, D. Today's a special day. My daughter Drea has fifth birthday, sitting here in Parkland, Florida. She's down there with the teacher doing their thing. And we got a lot of cool stuff planned out for the day. But I wanted to do this podcast show, because there's a lot going on in the world. As you know, I'm sitting here thinking about you guys, just taking notes taking stock of where a lot of the DM family guys are the 50k year folks, the $1,000 a month DM Alliance, folks. And that's the beautiful thing about masterminds and being in rooms is you realize you're not alone. And there's a lot going on. So before I get started, if you're brand new to the show of making of a DM, that's right, DM dealmaker, you are the dealmaker of your life and your legacy. In the dream maker, you know DMI stands a dream maker for my mother, she's always like, Mark, you make my dreams come true. And it's kind of cool. I'm sitting here today, my father in law's in town. He's been here for the last three days. And we're heading back to do a quick trip to Ohio to check on some cool projects we got going on Friday. But um, as I'm sitting here talking to you, I just, I want to talk about this thing called being overwhelmed. Have you ever felt overwhelmed as a business owner, have you ever felt overwhelmed as a father, a husband, a brother, you know, son, whatever, like, there's a lot of things going on.

And I want to talk to you about the overwhelming feeling. Because I get I don't know if it's overwhelmed, or anxious, or maybe a mixture of both. But I do want to share, like I said, I get you know, I'm very lucky to be able to work with a lot of amazing people. And I want to share this with you 100% 100%, not 99.9 not 99.9999 100% Go through this often. And very, like we got a lot going on, you know, if you're a real business owner, true entrepreneurship, you know, you're dealing with a lot of stuff, you know, maybe you're dealing with lawsuits right now. So what happens when you go into lawsuit mode, you go into playing defense, you go into playing a different game, especially if you'd like to solve problems. You know, lawsuits aren't meant to solve problems are meant to be litigated and go back and forth with people. It's just not fun, right? So put your head in a weird space. So you're not focused on certain things that you normally wouldn't be. Maybe you're dealing with staff issues, you know, maybe you'd woke up today, and one of your top tier staff members is leaving, or we got to remember our team is having issues in life as well. But their issues affect our issues and accompany if they're in the top level where they're like, oh, I need to take off for two weeks.

And you're like, oh shit, like, What are you talking about? Profits are down. Numbers are off, you know, disruptions going on the markets constraining. And you're leaving for two weeks like this is a problem. Right? So these are things I want to talk about. Because I think a lot of Pediatrics I don't think a lot of people don't talk about this side of true entrepreneurship. And when I'm talking to you, like I said, is we need to get to the root cause of true anxiety slash being overwhelmed. I would ask you what's overwhelming you? So my buddy, Nate always says, What's the Met? The most important thing? What's your met? And your mitt in your business? What's the emotional pole that's driving you? Either to or from the objective? What's your most important thing? So think about that? What anxiety or overwhelm Do you have? Right? For example, I got a guy, he came to me, he's like, Dude, I cannot get to a million dollars a year net. And I'm like, Cool. Tell me what your net profit margins are in your business. And he said, 20% And I said, Okay, great. Tell me what you grossed last year. Two and a half million. Mike. Okay, well, so that means that you netted $500,000. He said that is about right. 480 and I say coal. Now. This is math, right? By the way. This is math. He's very overwhelmed with the situation. And I'm like, so how do we double your business? How do we get to the million dollar mark? How do we double your profits? Or double your business?

Right? A business, that's netting 20%. That's a decent business. I mean, a lot of businesses do 12% 24%, whatever. But let's use 20% here, because this the guy was talking to yesterday. And I said, based off of your numbers and how you're running your business, you're gonna have to get to $5 million in gross revenue, top line revenue, to hit your million dollar net year number. Are you willing to have the trade off and do different work, to hire more people to run more advertising? And like, you just got to double what you're doing. And the truth is, he's worn out, he's been doing this for 21 years. He's finally like, this is like, this is his biggest year, by the way, generating 500,000 Last year, I should say, and 2423. And it's math. But he's very overwhelmed with it. And a lot of times, you know, I always want to know, like, Who are you like to get to 5 million and the vertical you're in? He's in the blue collar space, by the way. I'm like, do you want to take the easier path, by the way, they're not easiest. There's nothing easy about it. But here's the clear path. And again, that's called acquiring to grow revenue, like a roll up, maybe you've heard of the term roll up and go by three or four little companies. They're each on 800,000 to a million dollars in gross revenue. I can step into those companies, I can buy them they cost money, though this stuff costs money. But again, are you that's fine.

That's a great bottle. I like that model a lot? Or what does what do you need? Who do you need to hire the WHO to do the how, who do you need to hire, and your organization? Because you've already told me you're working 65 hours a week, you're telling me you're missing your kids at sporting events, you're telling me you're doing all these things. And you literally, you got to remember, in his brain, he does not know how to get to the $5 million gross number. It doesn't mean it doesn't exist, because there's lots of people in the blue collar space that generate 5 million plus, and way beyond, right. And they're not working 65 hours a week. But he's overwhelmed because he's at a transition point, just so you know, this anxiety that you and I have, I don't look at that as a bad thing. I look at that as actually a good thing. When I'm anxious. That means I'm on the verge of discovering something bigger, something new, if I've identified where this anxiety is coming from, and I start creating a plan of attack. Right? These are things that I'm doing on the daily, and today, I feel anxious, I have a very busy schedule, and they AM. And then after that, I'm hanging out with my family. Because my daughter's birthday, like I said, So that creates anxiety for me. Right? I can't get up early enough.

I can't get enough done in that short amount of time, even though I can and I will. But I'm anxious because I I want to do more. Do you think Michael Jordan was on the basketball court thinking he had it all figured out. And when he got the best court, he went home got drunk? No, he got off the basketball court cleaned up, went back on the court, and was taking shots all night because you know, you got to over prepare. And I think a lot of people don't understand what it truly takes to accomplish their goals they set out to accomplish. And if the man upstairs has implanted this in your brain, that there's a possibility of probability that you can actually accomplish something amazing. This is anxiety. This is good for us. Exactly. being anxious is good. Because again, the other side of that is sitting around fat, lazy and thinking you're doing big shit. And you got it all figured out. But you can barely pay your bills. Actually, the government's helping you pay your bills. You're sitting there, you got cockroaches running around, and you're like, yeah, man, I'm the man. Right? This is something that we've chosen to do. I truly believe I've been an entrepreneur my whole life. So I truly believe I was born with an entrepreneur spirits. Now, that doesn't mean you become a great entrepreneur. Shit, I'm still growing with you. I'm still learning daily, I'm still dealing with the same bullshit, just different levels. So it's always interesting. You're going from 500,000 net a year to 750 to a million. These are steps you must go through. So when you do accomplish the million plus a year and beyond, a lot of cool things happen, because I couldn't help you go from 100,000 a year to 2 million a year net because you would implode because it's a different type of stress, a different type of level problems. Everything's different.

9:46 You have to become something different. So when you're dealing with these stresses, and this anxiety, one, you always hear say control the controllables What time am I getting up in the morning cool. 430 get up at 430 already, this is gonna take a little bit of anxiety. Wait, don't get up at 520 Because you're going to talk shit to yourself like, Dude, I know I should have got 430 Dammit, you already playing catch up game 50 minutes behind already out of the gate, that's a problem that's going to fuel your anxiety, it's going to fuel everything else that we're dealing with today, right? But let's say you get up at 430, boom, that's a win. That's a win. So when you have an L at three o'clock today, for whatever reason, boom, you can revert back, cool, it's part of the journey, you're gonna have losses daily, you're gonna have mishaps daily, it's part of the game. And if you don't think you have them, you have way more than you even know. Right?

So entrepreneurship, the reason I say that is, it's true awareness. We're very aware of our flaws. We're very aware of true entrepreneurs, I'm talking to guys and gals that want to get better. We have to be very genuinely true and honest with ourselves, where we suck while we're amazing. So again, wake up early. Do the important thing first. For me, I have to get up and move I have to work out I have to move. I get up early. I do my 100 setups, 100 push ups, I do some reading, I do some writing, writing is very important in the morning for me just gets a lot of thoughts on paper. For me, it's been 2030 minutes, don't that by the time that is I'm hitting the gym, try to be at the gym by 6am. If I'm going to the gym that day, if I'm going to do a walk, I'm out of the walk at 630 ish yourself. So I have these structures to create wins in the morning. Now I don't love I don't like the people. Dude, I do I got a four hour morning routine. It's like, yeah, motherfucker, you ain't got no money in the bank. I don't care. I'm not and I'm not against these things. But this is a timing thing. Who in the world has four hours a day, on the outcome of a business when you're building a business to spend four hours a day in the morning doing nothing? Except breathing, you know, cold plunging, you know, whatever, you know, Grant whatever shit you guys do. And again, I'm not against it. It's just I see so many people use that. As the woman, you know, hope is the ultimate wealth. Yeah, but you're broke. What are we going to do? We got to work, right?

And I'm not saying not to get time for yourself. But do you really need four hours a day? Because you've probably counted on to your 65 hours a week that you're working? How do you work that self care? Right? But again, I digress. What are you doing that you're controlling? Do that big thing first in the morning? What's the thing you know you need to do? I'll tell you right now 99% of people listen to my voice needs to hire a third party accounting company or CFO of some sort. They need to definitely check on their asset protection. Make sure all this shit we're working so hard and stressing out for all day long. We need to make sure that we are protecting the ship because people are coming after I just got off the phone with a buddy yesterday he got his wife got in a car wreck. And barely fender bender, like it's a fender bender. And this guy is coming after him for a million dollars. Hard, hard, right? And he's like, Dude, what the hell just happened, thank God. He has good insurance and an umbrella policy and all these things. You need these kinds of things as you're building an organization. And now back to my guy that's doing netting 500k a year. The problem with this is he does not have a vision of how to accomplish 5 million a year.

This is why a mastermind This is why a mentor This is why a group of people that are there and beyond are so important. They can help re change your lens. Your depth perception is off. Right? You're too tight. And the truth is depending what industry and what vertical you're in, you may have to take a dip for 12 to 24 months in your net revenue to accomplish your big number that you're shooting for. But unfortunately, most of you listening to me, you make 40 grand a month you spend 45 grand a month because you've changed your lifestyle with your revenue because you're treating your business as your personal revenue. And that's a no no, that's a real problem. And you know it that's why a lot of people get really anxiety. They make money in their business they pull that much money out. The business gets suffocated it drowns and it dies on the vine and it's always you're always working for the man at that point you're working for a psychotic person i eu right? If you don't show up to work you're in trouble if you don't do this you're in trouble you're forced to do things you don't want to do because you're suffocated the the account, you've literally stripped the account You've robbed, rape and pillage your business account, to suffice your lifestyle that you've got this bullshit, Instagram Facebook fake stuff, thing and that's what you need the cars, the houses and all that stuff. Yeah, but mark you have that shit.

Yeah, but for the first 12 years of my life. I didn't have I didn't get my first nice car until I was 13 years in the game, excuse me 12 years in the game. I didn't get a real house until I was 12 years in the game and a condo, like a very simple two bedroom condo. I could have easily bought a multimillion dollar house but I you my business could have I should say, not me. Because I was not pulling that kind of cash out of the business. I wasn't raping the business to create this fake lifestyle to do post online and you'll man It's cool, man. I got a new whip. I got this new thing. I got this new thing. No, I was working. I was putting in the time. And all these guys that are out here Flashdance. And as my boy, Bobby Castro says Flashdance and make making like this lifestyle that they have. Listen, yes, you can afford it today. But at what cost? If you truly want to generate a million dollars a year, it's not that hard. It's going to be more hard on programming you to live differently. You're gonna have to stop going out to these fancy restaurants every night, you got to maybe downsize your house, maybe sell a car or watch or two. What are you willing to do? And by the way, this is not fun stuff to talk about, right?

Because it's real. It's it will hurt you like in your mind, you think it's gonna hurt you. But the truth is, if your neighbor, your family member, your friend talk shit to you, because you sold a car they all made it must be tough over there. You're living a lie. And that's why you're anxious. That's why you're overwhelmed. See, this is the root cause of what's going on. I talked to a guy recently, and he's telling me that he literally is about to go BK. And I'm like, That's interesting. You just bought your wife a brand new car and you're posting it everywhere. He's like, dude, this sounds so embarrassing. He's like, the reason I do is because I need to keep up on IG and keep it Keep it keep the rules fresh. And I said what? What are you like, my mind doesn't even think about that shit. And he's massively anxious, massively overwhelmed, massively stressed, literally about to lose everything, and it's absolutely ignorant. It's disgusting. Guys, we have to recalibrate. We have to get to the root cause of what's making us feel this way. But your daily activities, your daily actions, again, a lot of you are blind on your vision. And or, you know, picture of binoculars, you know, when you're looking out through binoculars, and it's like real blurry. You have to frame it in so you get a very clear picture of what you're trying to accomplish. If not, you're thinking you're doing something wrong. This is what's creating an overwhelming feeling. It ain't working. I'm doing something wrong. This guy online said this, this lady said that this person is making way more money than me. I'm not saying you might not be able to learn something from that. But you don't know what the hell they've done. First of all, you don't know how long they've been in business. Secondly, you don't know if they're telling the truth.

18:05 So I always say focus on your own numbers that are not drama, data, not drama. It's very important to understand that term. Back to my guy, two and a half million a year business, netting $500,000 a year. It's not a bad business. But he's getting more out 21 years in it. He only says he's like, Dude, I got four more years me. And I said, Okay, four years. What kind of growth? Do you project? Are you willing to commit to what it takes to accomplish that? This is going to be a process folks in absolute process. My next question is, how do you want to grow it? Because there's lots of different ways to grow all this shit. Right? I have some businesses that are 70% profitable. Then I have other businesses that are losing tons of money a month. So these are not brags by the way. These are realities, just the cycle they're in. Not all industries are created the same. So I see a lot of people do information marketing. I have a buddy 12 months ago, he started a free Facebook group, he's provided insane amount of value. Like he works a lot of hours for free for the last 1212 months, a lot. And now this thing is generating 25,000 net per month to him 25,000 net per month. And what's cool about that business model is that he and by the way, he's getting paid through sponsorships people are sponsoring. So it doesn't have to sell anything to generate this kind of revenue, which is cool. We also you got to protect your audience. You got to make sure that you're vetting good quality sponsors, etc. But with that said, this is a great profitable business model. He has two virtual assistants helping them manage it, that's it.

And these VAs costs say five grand a month. So he's netting a quarter of a million dollars a year. Sitting from anywhere in the world with to VAs in him, he has to work though he has to be present, it's him he is the person, he's the driver, right? Those businesses typically will have a higher profit margins because you're using you as the mule. Nothing wrong with it as long as you're aware of it. However, he's a great business builder, which is cool because he's getting resell business. And in the eight, multiple eight figure range, which is really cool, and I'm excited for him. But as you're building this, he sees a vision of a million dollars a year net in the next 12 months. And he has a path he has a strategy as an implementation strategy. This month net gross 25 Next month, 32. Baba, like you have a plan, you could build it out. You can it's called forecasting, right? And I don't believe most of your forecasting. I don't believe many of you're looking at this intelligently. Not because you're dumb, but because you're not thinking like this. That's why I loved on the show. That's why I love doing the DEM Alliance. That's why I love doing events. By the way, June 25. And June 26. In Nashville, Tennessee, if you listen to my podcast show I've ever given you an ounce of value for free. Your ad should be there. It's 1000 bucks as I'm talking to you, it's $1,000. At Mark Evans, Instagram, Ian, just say podcast, dash Nashville Nashville. So I know that you and I'll hook you up with the link, podcast, dash Nashville, on Instagram at Mark Evans DM, just shoot me a private message. But in these rooms, this is what we're talking about. How are you dealing with HR issues? How you dealing with accounting issues? How are you dealing with your tax issues? How are you dealing with your growth issues? How are you growing? How are you dealing with your marketing issues about when I say issues, they don't have to be bad issues, there's things.

22:06 But if we step back again, all of the stuff I'm sharing with you because I'm talking to lots of people here, I would always come back to myself and ask me what's my MIT most important thing, most important thing? I always say if I saw that, what's the one thing if I solve it, it will take care of the 100 other problems. You and I we all have the same shit going on. Don't let anybody fool you online. No, I don't care. I have a buddy it's making his company does a billion dollars a year him and I have the same problems like you and I have the same problem. We all have the same problems. It's just his has different zeros behind it. Mine might have different sales by yours might have different jobs, but it's how we manage. And by the way, we all have the same 24 hours in the day. So you got to learn you got to mirror people where you want to be. What are you doing when you get overwhelmed? I personally like to grab pen and paper, not computer, pen and paper. And I like to write down thoughts. I call it thought oddity. What thoughts are bogging me down today?

Everyday changes, by the way, right? Well, the thoughts are bogging me down today. Some of my thoughts today were this. I have a big I have a big project going on. I'm getting frustrated. Why am I getting frustrated? I feel like no one's fucking listening. I feel like execution is weak. Right? By the way. Everything I just said is feeling, feeling, feeling feeling. And then I stop. And I think about well, let's look at the data. Data, not drama data. They're under budget data. They're under not just financial budget under time budget. So they're on track better than on track than what we initially plan for sometimes we got so much going on ball of energy, we're fucking running 100 miles per hour. I think they're slipping. I think they're filling me. I think they're filling the team, I think we're losing, right. And then oftentimes, my personality, I can step into that. And I buy into it because I created my own story in my head. And then I go in there and I disrupt them and I get them pissed off and they get mad. And I'm a dick. And I'm not helping them. I'm hurting them. Not just them, but the whole vision. So I got to pull myself back. But data not drama allows me to get back on track. And listen, if it's off track, by the way, I have one of our other companies, one of our guys we hired about 60 days ago, his data is off drastically. And I'm frustrated with this fucker because he's a very smart, hardworking guy. But you know, smart and hardworking doesn't equate necessarily to revenue.

And I'm pissed off because his revenue projections when he came on board with us this by the way, this is a very, very high paid guy. Right? I'm talking massive five figures a month. It's like dude, like you, you came to this party. You presented this plan. I believe you I still believe you. But the numbers, the data is not aligning with what you're telling me. I don't care how hard you work. I don't care what you're working. Why is the data not matching up? period. Right? It's creating anxiety for me. So one of the data points I looked at, actually, we're doing really well create a lot of anxiety. Now I relieve my anxiety because we're on track on point. The other one is like, dude, this guy is he's pissing me, boom, I look at the data, my debt, my gut feeling is telling me that that is correct. And the data is, you know, confirming that, and therefore, boom, Thursday at two o'clock, we'll have a call about it. Right? That's it, we'll solve the problem. We've got to the root. It's just a conversation. Where are we at right now? Where are you going in the next 30 days? 60 days, 90 days? Why hasn't this accomplished based off the data you provided us based off of what you said, not what we said, but what you said, how can we best service you? How can we best provide value to what do you need from us to make this a reality? Anxiety, it's better than the alternative. Like I said, the last thing we'd want is us to be figuring like we have it all figured out. Life is easy. Life is simple. And it just flows.

Sometimes it does, very few times it does. So especially if you're chasing big stuff, especially if you're trying to grow your legacy, grow your family, grow, grow, grow stuff, you want to be a better human being, I want a better body, I want to be a better dad, I want to be a better husband, I want to be a better business owner, I want to be a better leader. Anxiety. Here's another thing talking about leaders. If you're listening to my voice right now, you're a leader. You might not be the leader you want today. I'm not. I want to be a better leader every day. I'm always leaving about learn leadership and learning about that, that changed my life. When I said I wanted to stop being a boss or being a leader. I want to lead leaders and your leader. Leaders learn stuff that you're learning right now. Might not be where you want to go. That's okay. Know what none of us here are. Right? Doesn't happen fast enough. But when it happens, feels amazing. And it will happen. If you stay on the right path. If you don't quit. There'll be a lot of a lot of hard work a lot of shit. But back to this anxiety and overwhelm filling you as a leader. And again, there's a lot of people listening to my voice right now. So I'll try to make this as simple and clear as possible. My mom and dad always said, Mark, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. I recommend all of you get off, get off social media immediately stopped talking shit. Stop reading bullshit stuff, negative stuff. It creates doubt. It creates fear. It's fear mongering at the highest level, you start questioning yourself, you start thinking you're doing something wrong.

And if you buy into this negative stuff, not not you're writing about all these people, all this negative stuff. And you're trying to grow what you want to grow. Guess who they're gonna write about next is what you're thinking they're gonna write about you next. Because once you start going up, the higher the ladder you up, the more your ass is exposed. That's how it works. Why would you even want to be involved in negative environments? I don't care if little man who I just want the truth motherfuck you are the truth get the work on you. There's three sides of stories right? His side hers that her side, her side and the real side. Why am I there to try to decipher this? I don't give two fucks about anybody else but me and my family period. And as someone that my family's been negative, they're out. I ain't got time for it. We got enough shit we're dealing with why would we do this to yourself? I think a lot of you truthfully don't even know you're doing it. Recently, I saw a guy posting like their fear mongering online. They say weird they put doubt into the world. Do you or do you not agree that the world is fucked up right now? Leave it alone. It's fine people. Like stop putting negativity out there. If that's you stop it. It's ignorant. And it doesn't attract anybody you want in your life. me talking about it truthfully creates anxiety.

Because I see good people doing this on the daily and they don't even know they're doing it. And if they do now they don't know they're doing it. Because there's no way they would because they're good people that stop it. Just stop it. Don't feed into it. Don't like it. Don't comment on it. Here's what you do. When you see anything negative posted I don't give a fuck who it is. unfollow, unfriend, leave him alone. Get out of that cycle. It is a very vicious negative cycle. What positively could come from you talking negative shit? What positive what could have absolutely what could positively happen? What I want you doing is providing value as a leader to the market. By the way. If you say something negative followed up with something positive with an action step to give them a vision of an outcome. You can't do that when You just toss doubt, because it's all interpretation. You might know where you're coming from. But as you become a leader and your audience grows, you have a lot of different personalities, a lot of different people in that environment. Interpretation is drastically different for pretty much everybody. For example, if I said, Dude, you're rich. What does that mean? Exactly? Interpretation. A motherfucker. So rich man. He's got Rolls Royces everywhere. What does that mean? What does it mean? It's all relative.

I was on a walk with my boy today, Austin, and we're talking about this stuff. Because I have a I have a buddy who spends 400 grand a month on his expenses, that's his expenses. And you're like, Oh my God, that's a lot of money. Dude, if I had 400 grand a year, let alone a month, I'd be killing it. Maybe one, what does it matter? And to maybe get inspired by it. And three, he's proud for a fact he's living on less money per month than most people listen to my voice. Because he generates 40 $50 million a year net. He spends less than 10% of his income on his entire lifestyle, entire lifestyle. The rest is in full investing. I want you to think about that. I want you to really get serious about that. Because everyone's shit talking about all this stuff. And by the way, if you're generating that kind of wealth, your health helping a lot of people is a lot of staff. A lot of people in his life that are blessed because of this man is busted his ass for many, many 2530 years. 30 plus years actually, to get to that point.

31:47 But yet people to talk shit on people like that. How's that inspiring? Get around these folks understand that they're just like you and I understand that they might be 10 years. 20 years 30 years deeper in the in the game than you be inspired. What's the lessons you can take from it? Simple. Don't quit. Don't quit. This guy nearly went through multiple divorces, multiple bankruptcies, almost he never did. He didn't quit. He fought for it. He loves his wife. They've been together for 40 years. His business been around forever. They sought like don't quit. But oh, it being overwhelmed, being anxious. I think a lot of it has to do with you guys paying attention to too many negative people. Shut the social media shit off. If you're not getting value, if you're not like learning stuff, shut it off. Your time is being wasted by some stupid ass device. And their job is to keep you on that stupid as device. That's how they make money. You're the pawn in the game. And yet you're living this ball of anxiety ball of frustration ball of stress. Cut it off. It's not needed.

The world is fine without social media it would be way better without social media it's one thing I'm very fortunate about. I'll be 46 this year. I didn't see the internet until I was like 1718 years old. The Internet not talking about social media but the internet. How cool is that? We actually had to go out and knock on doors and get business Hey, Nancy I see that your gutters hanging down love to give you a free estimate real quick I'm down the street working for Jeff three doors down he said that you had a gutter problem. You mind if I take five minutes of your time and hop on the roof and measure it out and let you know what it looks like. Oh my god, I've been called three people no one showed up I'd love for you to do that. Instead you're sitting at home trying to figure how to get fucking free leads how to post social media real that's never gonna get any deals like get our guys we got to get dialed in. I'm getting anxious talking about it and thinking about it truthfully. But what are you doing write down your thoughts get to the core, what's really causing your anxiousness. You know what a lot of it is. You're not living to your fullest potential. You know it, you know it and you got to eliminate the things that are holding you back from living to your fullest potential. Cut things, cut them get it out of your life. Focus on you. Get selfish clean up your messes right clean up your team maybe you over hired maybe you have those people you know you need to fire but you've been too nice fire those fuckers sounds rude. Sounds crude it is what it is.

Do it professionally do it properly. But listen, your job is to protect you in the business and your team. Get focused on your real goals. Got your Mickey Mouse goals that you tell your friends to try to sound cool. Your real goals, your deep desire goals, motherfucker, I'm gonna build this thing so big 100 million dollars minimum cash. I'm gonna do this in the next seven years. I don't know come hell or high water. I'm gonna do it but I'm gonna get and focused on getting back on track. And I'm gonna go do a million dollars a month, a million dollars a day, a million dollars or whatever, like, get real. He got one shot at this thing called life 101 No one gives a fuck about you. You truly you're gonna you came in this world by yourself, you're gonna leave by yourself. Dig deep. What do you want to really create? Get your passion, get that fire back your butt. Get that picture in your stomach, your belly. Got a little flame right now turn that bitch up. Full steam. Find the fire. I want nothing more than every single person listening to my voice to create the most amazing life that they want. Not what I think you want, not what I want. But what you want. Kind of business does it look like? What's your day look like? What's your revenue look like? What's your team look like? What's your stress levels look like? What's what's what's your legacy look like? What's your timelines look like? When you start dialing in and getting getting clear dialing in your focus.

That's when this game starts changing for you. Data not drama, data, not drama. There's days I feel like nothing's happening. But then I look at revenue. And I'm like, Damn, it's happening. There's days that I feel like I'm literally I'm just I'm just done. I can't No one cares. No one respects me. They're all shit talking. People leave and people are talking like whatever. Data not drama. We got to remember we're dealing with humans. We all have problems. We all have things going on. But that's leads by culture. Your job is the ringer that should end have great conversations. Let them know this is a team sport. We're only as strong as our weakest link. You're in control of your destiny. Sometimes that scares people. It's a big responsibility. And I'm telling you, my friend, I would love nothing more than to get my arms around you and help you accomplish whatever your wildest dreams are. And that's in Nashville, Tennessee, June 25 And June 26. It's the most epic event you've ever been to. It costs me more to have you come than you're paying for your ticket, FYI. And when you show up in person, you'll see why it is over the top, you'll meet my teams, multiple companies, you'll meet 350 other people from all over the world coming in to connect with like minded individuals like yourself. It's okay to be the small fish in the pond. It's okay if you're scared. It's okay. But that's on you. When are you gonna stop pussyfooting around fucking using that as an excuse? Well, Mike, you know, I don't really know what value I had to bring. Stop it.

You're one out of a billion people. There's only one of you. You showing up being conscious, being intent, and caring for people. That's value. That's massive value. You got to see yourself out of everyone I've always helped. Over the years. I've struggled with myself back in the day. confidence, confidence in yourself and your ability. We lack it. We lack it. That's why you need to get in a room with other people borrow their belief, understand where they're at and where you're going. A lot of you guys act like you have problems you don't have any problems compared to where you're going. And you got to realize you got to change your frame. Change your mindset. Change how you view a question change how you view a problem. Most of your problems are fucking Mickey Mouse straight up. Your problems are not real problems. You've made a story around your problem. You know, no. I don't need to understand your bullshit story. And that's what you do you create this overwhelming feeling. What if it wasn't a problem? What if it was just is what it is? Everyone's I want new problems matter what new problems I see you posted online. You can't even handle the Mickey Mouse problems you have. You would buckle with real problems. You'd shut down you'd quit. And I don't want anybody here to quit. It's a part of the journey, a part of awareness apart and most importantly, have massive execution. You must execute relentlessly over and over and over and it's not the cold stuff. It's not the fancy stuff. It's a shit no one sees when I'm up at this office at 430 in the morning till six in the morning.

Don't mind I shit reading, writing, editing, doing, you know, responding to emails, whatever. No one's sitting here like, Mark, you did a great job today. No, I don't need that. Nor does anybody else. But that's where Shit happens. It's real work. And I want nothing more like I said for you guys to succeed at the highest level. I love getting messages daily from you guys on the podcast, I genuinely pour my heart into this, I genuinely want you to win. And I hope you know that. If I've helped you at all, June 25, June 26, Nashville, Tennessee, it's going to be epic. shoot me a message on Instagram at Mark Evans DM, say podcast dasht Asheville, and I'll get you a direct link for 1000 bucks until it goes up of course, but it's now there's a reason you're still here. There's a reason you're ready to get fired up but you should be ready to run through a fucking wall now. Because you know where you're at today is only a moment in time. And it literally is giving you what you need to become who you want to become. Without this moment right now without the situation you're in. What's about to happen in the future would never come about. And the truth is most people's already quit. You haven't stay in the fight. Keep your feet moving. You got this. So with that said I'll see you next Wednesday on the podcast show and in Nashville Tennessee June 25 June 26 right today
