I should do it for free. I want you to stop for a second if that's your thought process. I just want you to think about how stupid that thinking is. If it's so good, why not do it for free, but teach me how to make money. It sounds pretty fucking stupid. When you say it out loud. You understand what you're saying? And I'm saying this in a nice way because I don't think most people understand what free does. And this is why free is costing you from becoming financially free. If you Have this thinking process? Why would one not want to go to an event that cost money? You understand it's a filtering process, right? You go to a free event. What other type of people are in that event? I'm not saying there can't be good people in a free event. But I personally, I'm not going to no fucking free events. Why would you waste your time going to a free event unless there was an objective? A plan? The only way I'll go to a free event is if I'm getting paid to go speak at it. And I wouldn't even do it then because I don't speak. I don't, I don't want to get paid to speak. It's not what I do. I remember one time I did an event, I tried to buck the system and I tried to serve a bigger crowd. I actually did a $99 event by the way. I've done $99 events. I've done $10,000 events. I've done $25,000 events. Which one do you think is more successful? For everybody? Me included? Which one? do you think's more successful? For me in the clients? Yes, I could put more people in a room at $99. But why would you want to do that? Why? Why would why would you invest your hard earned energy in your efforts to show up to a fucking free room? Or $100 room for two days? What do you think's going to happen in that environment? You understand it's a reflection of the individual showing up. My question is what are you worth? What are you worth? Please tell me and by the way, if you follow me, and you're the guy or gal sitting at fucking Costco, and waiting for two hours listening to fucking Celine Dion tried to save two cents a gallon on gas because it's the deal. Please unfollow me, I can't fucking help you at all. If you're the person that's cutting fucking coupons, going to Denny's to try to do a BOGO. Buy one get one free. I can't help you. The truth is you can't even fucking help yourself. You can't get out of your own way to accomplish the goals that you say you truly want. But everything you do is fucking free. Easy, simple, man. You don't understand dog. Man. It's tough out there. Is it? Yeah, I tell you what, it's real fucking tough in a free room. It's real tough. But us you know what? You go spend money to go listen to a country music concert or rock concert, whatever shit you're into. But you want to fucking invest money into your knowledge and education to grow your business. You're better than that. It disgusts me. When I get those stupid fucking emails and a stupid ass messages. Mark. Dude, it's so good one I do for more. You're raising money for charity. Why not? Just give your own money, motherfucker. Let's look at my charity donations to yours. And then let's dig even deeper. And let's look at the percentages of my gift to your gift. Do you understand what that says about an individual? When they think like that? I was talking with a guy yesterday. And he's telling me you know what he's making and his problems he's dealing with at home with the fam and how he doesn't you know, he's like, dude, I'm ballin on a budget. Well, don't fucking ball. Don't have a budget, get the fuck to work. The good news is he did tell me hired a coach. Finally, I've been talking this guy for two and a half years. He's a buddy of mine in the community. Business Owner makes a couple million a year he nets probably about 800. That's not ballin. That's barely crawling in real life business. Where I'm from, you're broke at 800,000 a year. So not that much money sounds like a lot depending where you're at. But I can tell you right now, if you say you're going to where you want to go $800,000 is not a lot of money for the life that you're building the dreams that you're you're going after. See, this is the thing you have to shift your mindset when you go to these free rooms because I know you guys are going to these fucking dumbass free rooms. You understand? There's only three types of people in these rooms right? The person hosting the event for free. That has to pay for drinks that has to pay for time that has one. I'm not going to a free event to learn how to make money ever. Because I don't like the free model. By the way. I'm not saying that guy up front doesn't make money. But you and I are fucking smart enough. I hope to realize nothing in life is free. They put 1003 people in a room Room, their job on that stage is not to teach you 100% that their job is to fucking sell you down the funnel. And if you think I'm wrong, you got it massively twisted. You're a number. They don't give a fuck about you. They want your credit card. They want you to get you in the ecosystem. They want to confuse you, because then then keep taking your money. But Mark, it's free. No, it's not. No, it's not. Don't you value your time more than that?

(10:35) Don't you have more respect for yourself? Don't you have more respect for your fucking family and your goals? You're going to go somewhere, you're going to pick yourself up, you're going to go somewhere for two days, and you think free is going to get you to where you want to go. Aren't you worth more than that? Have some respect Goddamnit Have some respect for yourself. And then the second person. It's the unknown person that thinks they're going there. And that's you. If you go to free events. You're oblivious. You forget your lipping. You're licking your chops. You're green in the face. You're excited but scared? Don't fuck you're scared about it's free. Oh, dude, I'm out of my comfort zone. What comfort zone Do you live in if you're going to a free event?

(11:19) Dude, you're you're you're like chum in the water to these guys. They will attack you, I guarantee. It's the only way to do free events to get you all googly eyed, to get you into a place that you don't even know what's reality. And to say get to the back of the room and give us your credit card. Many you do it every day. And then three, the free assassin. That's the individual that knows. This is a trumped up water. And they're fucking sharks, they're going to come in there. They're going to act like they're an attendee. Because they're too fucking cheap. They don't understand real life business, and they're gonna go in there and try to poach you out of these kinds of rooms. Hey, man, you want to be a partner? Hey, man, I got a great deal. Hey, man, I got money once you give me $1,000 I'll get you a line of credit. Hey, I get your credit card. No interest for a year, build up your business credit? Oh, yeah, it's 10 grand. They're the assassins in the room. You don't even know what's happening. You think they're one of you. I've seen this happen. At every free event. I was thinking about in 2006. My party alone just straight up June 30. At the party, that charity party that goes for four hours, that party alone is worth five grand. Just for the people you're hanging out with for the event in itself just to see what goes down in these kind of rooms. Don't use think if you invested money to be in a room like that, like every other person in that room, something possibly could happen at a way higher, your percentages of opportunity go up drastically, drastically, because people are investing in themselves. But I remember in 2006, I went to a charity events $2,500 to the charity. And it was for three hours. At the hotel, they do a little ball thing. We have dinner and then we jump on a bus and we go to a mansion a day changed my life. And the truth is two people from that event. I've done family vacations with I'm still great friends with we've made many, many millions of dollars together with and still do today. Huh? The old mark, because I had no clue about what I'm talking about. Back in 96 was going to all these free events. I was very busy. I was very active at free events, free networking, free drinks, free cocktails, free appetizers, free, free, free free. I've never fucking made millions with anybody in those rooms, nor have I ever or would I ever take a family vacation with them. I don't have anything in common with them. When I started investing in myself, so you think you're buying a ticket, then you think someone like me is going to get rich off of fucking $1,500 The truth is it cost me 350,000 To do the event. That's my hard cost. Not counting all the time, all the energy and my job is to protect you as a person coming to the event to make sure that we have good quality people investing in themselves that are going to bring value that good can deliver value it can extract opportunities to help them grow their companies. I'm looking for mindset qualifications. Are they trying to come here to get rich quick? I'm not your guy. If you're trying to get rich quick guy. I don't do that. Um, get rich definitely build the right shit. Work hard. Put a lot of years into it. This shit does work. My job is to decipher the clowns TO THE Producers. You should respect that you should understand that's the objective. If you're coming to this event, and I hope you are a DM live 2020 three.com You're gonna see shit you've never seen before at any event. I know. Because I've been to a bunch, what we do how we over deliver, I'm buying you lunches, I'm doing cool gift bags, I'm bringing big time speakers. I'm doing over the top event like just the party alone. Let me just give you an example. The party alone cost me 140 G's to throw just the party for four hours, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, gifts, the event centers, the planners, the people, the decor, I spend more on that than most people do on a wedding. Because I want to unlock, I want to bring people together that get it. Because if you get it, you're going to go get it, you will go get it, you'll realize that there's another level to this game. And if you've ever been in any of these events, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Over 50% of the room, over 50% of the room are repeats folks coming to this event multiple times. Why? Why would they keep coming back? I wonder. But I think about this? Don't you want to stack? The odds in your favor? This is a secret hack. Invest in the rooms. You ever see. Like these events? It's like $10,000 a plate for dinner? Do you think if someone invest $10,000 For dinner, to go to a charity event or whatever? Don't you think this guy or gal pray has something going on? If you're sitting at a table of 10 and you're one of the 10 that paid 10 grand? Don't you think the conversations might be a little fucking different? I guarantee you they're not talking about Steve that, you know sleeping with Nancy, they don't give a shit about that they're there. Because they earn they're there because they want to grow. They're there because they want to be a part of something bigger. As opposed to going into a free hors d'oeuvres sitting at the bar hanging out with the beer, eating whatever you eat, talking shit about everyone, but not talking about anything productive, progressive. You can't go to a free event and say Yo, dawg, I'm trying to net a million a month in my business. What's the path? Not one fucking person is going to know the path to netting a million dollars a month in a business. I Guaran. Fucking tee you. Most of those clowns hosting these events, don't even have a fucking business. Their business is free business model, get you in for free. Like I said, sell you something. And then repeat process. I'm not knocking the hustle. That's the hustle. I don't like it. I wouldn't do it. I've never done free and then upsell you. I hate that shit. Because there's nothing free for you or I ever. If it's free, it typically will always cost you more. Always. The difference is I value my time. My time is not free as your time free. This is a secret hack. Get in a qualified room consistently. Your life, your business, everything will get better. Everything. It's a qualified room. Until you really get this and implement this. You're not going to understand what I'm talking about. You should have a budget, five grand 10, grand 50 grand 100 Whatever it is to get in the rooms with people that are all paying to participate. I see you fuckers out here. You have man you pay you pay attention. Yeah, bitch you ain't paying though. It's easy to repeat the memes. It's easy to share. Do you really believe it? Are you really all I don't care if you believe it, I just want you to get the results from it. And that is go learn. Pay attention to the conversations. Pay attention to the conversations that the free shit and pay attention to the conversations at the paid stuff. Pay attention to the results. Pay attention to the people leading it. Ask yourself do I want that? What that fuckers got up on stage? Yes or no? You don't have to want it all. But if someone doesn't have the life or the money or the, you know, I'm not gonna take family advice from someone that their kids hate them. I see a lot of people here teaching how to be a great dad. They got three year old kids. How the fuck do you know how to be a great dad? Your kids are three dude. I think you got a good chance to be a great dad. You're doing some of the right things. But no one knows that they're fucking doing the right thing until the kids are old enough to like talk about what's going on? are they hanging out with you when they're 22? Do they want to hang out? Are they fucking productive citizens? Are they great leaders? Are they driving narratives? Are they driving conversation? What are they up to? With a bunch of dipshits down the street? Hanging out smoking and dope in with their friends? Come on. You're better than that. This is true. Talk real tight. I don't want you to waste any more time going to this bush. Get free stuff. Truth is my show should be way more. I'll lose 100 $200,000 to host this event that you're investing $1,500 to come to in my jaw and not not not not even counting all the time. Because you don't care. No one cares except me. But I'm telling you behind the scenes, me, Matt, Kim, Aaron calling all these amazing people are busting her ass for you. To make sure we put quality people in that room. Why don't you do it for free? What does that say about the individual? Who's teaching you this conversation? This is massive awareness. What else in your life? What else in your business? Are you doing for free? And you're wondering why you're struggling? It's free. dipshits are hanging out at free events. Like attracts like. The only thing you guys are fucking talking about these free events is dude Russia is 13 cents at my Walmart discount guy. I don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about. Because I don't care about that stuff. But that's what people at

(21:09) free events do care about. He mean, what's the best CRM the next car in the new CRM? Well how many fucking deals have you done? What kind of production are you doing? I'm just getting started man. You said that three years ago. You don't need a CRM you need fucking action homie action no one had a free events gonna tell you that. Because that requires effort. It requires work. Hey, man, I can't wait to see you at the next present. Will you be my accountability partner? Accountability. If you need fucking accountability, you're done already. close up shop. Well, yeah, got no fucking shop close up, close up your thoughts and go get a real job. because entrepreneurship is not for you. If you need accountability. Don't get more self worth and fucking that in your self accountability. Look at yourself in the mirror. Look at your family. Look at your mom or your dad or your grandparents, or your kids or your wife or your husband. Like that's your accountability. Until you get this right, until you start really understanding what I'm talking about. And more importantly, executing it. You're struggling way too hard. Way too hard. Why? Yeah, man, but I'm most sure give fucking resourceful and go get the money. Figure it out. That's the problem. You've been coddled so much. Like, dude, go next door. Listen to the show I shared about your biggest asset. Two or three shows Pat like recently, like, it's I share with you exactly. Anybody can make 10s of 1000s of dollars a year very easily. If they worked on the right things. Most people's problem is they just don't fucking get it. Lazy, incompetent, confused, massively distracted. You know more about fucking Aaron Rodgers than you do about your personal finances. It's disgusting. To say the least. You know, it makes me sick. I listen, these guys talk. I'm talking about guys right now. Because I don't hang out with women. Hey, oh, my wife. But these guys and they're fucking you know, one upping each other about stats. Oh, so and so and so and so and so and so. And then I'm like, when's your anniversary? Oh, man. Good question. When's your kid's birthday? Hmm. Good question. It's pretty fucking disgusting. When you start paying it. Like what? This shows me what's important to you as an individual? Are you more worried about free? Are you more worried about growth? Are you more worried about like wasting your time? Or investing your time? Are you more worried about what's fucking these cloudlet? Listen, great athletes cool. But what does that do to your life? Are you more worried about your family? The people you're doing this with and for? It's not cool. To not know these dates of your family's moments. But yet you know more about athletes. It's not cool to know more about athletes than your financial future. It's not cool to know that your men are gonna go Susan pastures to the browns. Can't wait to get fucked up with my boys. Maybe not go maybe keep your ass at home in the office and get to work. Maybe get out in the field, shake hands and close deals and make money stops being so damn disrespectful to you and what you care about. So many Whoa, it's so like, I was talking with Dino this morning done in the bedroom. And, you know, I think about these guys that like talking about, you know, making 800 grand a year and he's like golfing twice a week and acting like he's happy by the way he's not happy. I know he's not because what he's saying, you might act like he's happy. If he's hanging out with the wrong guy. They're like, Oh, yeah. Oh, whoa, show better. You're gonna ruin a year. Oh, you're crushing life, dude. It's called being king of the dipshits. Right? We talked about. He's making 800 grand a year. He looks like he has it all figured out. But then you got to really listen to people like this get good dude. But what he's really deep down saying is I dude, I'm getting older. I need to make more money. I have a very short timeline. I'm 40 something years old now. Like, I got 20 years maybe and my prime left. My opportunities now if I don't take advantage of it. Now, when do I my wife and I are bickering about the same stuff. Things are happening and why? Like, I'm listening to him and I feel for him. And Tina is like, Yeah, you don't really like golf in that much. It's like I don't It's not that I don't like golfing. I just like my dreams and goals better. She's like, Yeah, but you enjoy working on like, I don't know if I enjoy it. But I enjoy chasing and going after my dreams and goals. I don't enjoy the moment when my fucking family is downstairs, hanging out in the pool playing, enjoying the sunshine, listen to music, eating fruit by the pool chillaxing or doing their thing. While I'm up here working on stuff that no one even cares about today. It might not even show up forever. But I just know I gotta keep it going. I don't know if I enjoy not hanging out at family reunions. I wouldn't say family reunions, but like events. You know at the club today, they're gonna have a big event. I don't care about that kind of stuff. Why? It's not good. It doesn't get me excited. I want to talk to guys that hate their life. I'm gonna talk to you guys are getting blasted because it's a holiday day. I don't drink. I'm not judging them. I just like, Dude, my dreams and goals are more important than alcohol than fun. I get like, you find fun, fun getting fucked up. Fun waking up tomorrow with the hangover. Depending how messed up you got fun, you might be fighting with your spouse, your kids might you might pass out and I hang out with the kids. So you miss all these fun times. For me. That's fun hanging out the kids plan rasslin thumb in the pool run around the house, screaming and yelling and talking to them about cool stuff, talking about the lemonade stand that they're working on understanding how to make money. Like that's fun to me. Again, I'm not saying not to drink and do whatever it doesn't. I don't care about it's just I don't do it anymore. As I'm getting older and more mature, I'm trying to implant what I would do if I was 3027 35. For God's sakes, right. We're all pushing and prodding, but who are you listening to? Who's helping us guiding you? I do have some stuff figured out. And I'm not saying I'm perfect in any way, shape or form. But I can tell you right now you have to work in the right rooms to get the right results. Do you think top tier talent is hanging out in a free room? The same person in the free rooms? Man, I need to get a players on my team to win. Well, how the fuck are you going to do that? A players C players don't even hang out. At free events. He might get a straggler right tell you right now that you'll stay around long. You don't have to believe me. Pay attention. Just look at your results. Pay attention that your buying habits and what rooms you go in. You've done this for seven years, you've went to all these free events. You're wondering why you're not further ahead. It's simple. You're just going to the wrong rooms. It's that simple. Invest in yourself. Invest in the right rooms. Get around great people don't big shit. Get around people talking about stuff you don't even know exist. Stop talking about the next best CRM, stop talking about sure do direct mail or cold calling. Both motherfucker. The only person that's in that room is gonna tell you that is me. The other person is gonna say, Well, you should do direct mail. By the way, I own a direct mail company, give me a call. I hope y'all hook you up. They're a little lopsided on that. Most people don't have a lead problem. They have a lead quality problem. That's a whole nother conversation for another day. We'll be talking about that in June at the event. Leads are everywhere. The problem is quality leads are not everywhere. We have to learn who's your customer. How to simplify your message, how to simplify your offer, and you can sit back and make way more money. Way easier. It took me a long time. I'm just Don't learning this by the way, I have people in my life that helped me make my life easier by helping me do these things I'm sharing with you, we're gonna have another guy there speaking, his name's Jeremy sold a company from us $30 million.

(30:12) And he must stop, you could have made a lot more, he's gonna share with you what he would have done different. So take us this q&a, live q&a, ask questions, if you have a business, it's making 345 10 million a million, whatever it is 50 mil, we're gonna have guys in there that are potentially, well, we're gonna have guys in there worth a B, a billion minimum, we're gonna have guys that are worth 100 million guys in our 10 plus million guys, and they're worth a million plus, and everything in between. We're at the business owner, maybe it's you, maybe you're just getting going, you're making 150 200 grand a year, you're trying to figure out how to get to next level, this event will change your life. It cannot change not change your life, you're gonna be around amazing human beings. I just want you to know, if you listen to my show, and you care about anything about your future growth. This is the show of the year, this is the only event you should go to. My intentions are to serve you not sell you. There's no selling going on, we're there to deliver massive value. curate great people to put you in the best position possible. I can't do the work for you, you got to show your ass up, you got to conversate with people, you got to get out of your little bubble box, whatever, share openly let them know what your real struggles are. So they can actually help you get to where you want to go. But I'll have the right guys and gals in that room to allow you to have these conversations and a non judgmental way to serve you. There'll be no one selling from stage. There's nothing being sold. questions, answers conversations, pushing you up to the next level. And join like you're gonna see a different world. But if you listen to this show, and $1,500 is a lot of money to join an event like this. Like I genuinely just don't know what to say. Like, look at where you're at, look where you your age. Are you successful or not? If you don't have 1500 bucks, are you successful? Sounds like a dick conversation. But it's the truth conversation. If you don't have it, go get it. Go get it before tickets sell out. Get your ass in this event and connect with people. I want to see you grow and to see you push I want to see you get uncomfortable. You got to fly. It's Cleveland, Ohio. It's an amazing time of year to be in Cleveland. Beautiful, beautiful venue. Folks, I could easily cheaped out on everything to do with shitty venue, not do a party, or do a shitty party and throw some streamers and balloons and call it a party like this. This is I even if you've been event, you're going to come to this experience and realize there's nothing like this ever. You'll realize that I'm losing money at this event. It's so over the top. Everything about it's over the top. And I want you to experience it because it will change your life will change your business. Your trajectory will be out the roof. Fraser when he was talking, he generated over $400,000 in the 12 months by investing $1,500 last year. It's pretty good ROI. He had to work it to put forth the effort. You had to take the information and execute it. But these are kind of results that are not abnormal. They're very normal. It's a decision. And I want to know what your word this shows me like we have so many people listen to the show. I've thrown you bones multiple bones to get in at a discount. Well, the discounts gone.
