When I was in Utah last month I had to make every second count.
We were only there for a month and I had to get as much time on the mountain as I could before we left.
One of the ways I figured I could get more done in less time was to only work on things that gave me the most leverage.
I wrote several email series that I turned into PDF reports that I'm now using as “opt-in” bribes for my email list.
Ever since I've been back I've been obsessed with the idea of how to get more mileage out of everything I do.
So when one of my “Done for You” clients asked how she could get her podcast into the ears of more listeners I spotted a big opportunity to completely overhaul my DFY system.
See, I've been using the same system since I started The Podcast Factory several years ago.
An update was long overdue, but I'm lazy and it's a ton of work so I kept putting it off.
Until I realized I could kill three birds with one brick.

First, I documented our new system for launching shows – getting them into more earbuds – and marketing them after launch.
Then I wrote whole process out and packaged it up as the April issue of The Podcast Mogul Newsletter.
After that I took the three pieces and added them to my intake system for my “Done for You” service.
