Earlier this week I was at my quarterly Strategic Coach meeting.

We're in our second year and the focus of this meeting was to package our “unique process.”

The “unique process” is everything our clients see, hear, feel.

In other words “The Experience.”

After sharing what we do for our clients at The Podcast Factory with some of the other entrepreneurs in the group they helped me realize we've been severely undercharging for everything we do.

As if that wasn't enough to convince me I was talking to two of our clients today and they told me how they can track sixty thousand buckeroos in sales to their podcast since they started working with us.

The told me they would have gladly paid 3x what I charge.

You know what that means don't you?

It's time for us to raise our prices.

That's right old friends – I'm jacking up the prices of my “Done for You” podcast service for two very important reasons.

1. It will weed out the riffraff who we cant help (after all it's much easier to multiply results than it is to get results in the first place)
2. It will give us some extra capital to hire some more help around here

Right about now you'd think I'd go into a pitch about our “Done For You” waiting list, but I'm not gonna do it.

Why? Because we're redoing a bunch of stuff right now and we don't have the bandwidth to launch another show.

Since you can't have me (yet)

I've got the next best thing.
