A couple of weeks back I told you how this Sunday recap email was a ton of work for me.

Then I reached out to you and asked if you had any ideas on how to make it easier.

I got a lot of great ideas, and today I'm trying out the first one.

My man Cezary Baginski reached out and offered to do some custom coding so we can pull the shows cut n' paste style to this Sunday newsletter. And you're about to see the result, but first the lessons here.

1. When you need help ask – you never know who is listening and who may be able to help you out.

2. Don't assume you always know the answer. I thought the only way to do this Sunday email was the way I was doing it – which was painful and took a lot of time. By reaching out to you guys I got a bunch of cool ideas I never thought of.
