I'm sure you have heard me say that cupcake and I are adopting a child.
The process has been long, and sometimes painful, as we've waited two years to be matched.
And now that we've been matched with a beautiful two year old baby boy we couldn't be happier.
Within the next month we should be traveling to the Philippines to bring him home.
Now that I'm going to be a dad I've been thinking a lot about my legacy. I can only do so much while I'm here on earth – and I want to make the biggest impact I can.
When I look back at my journey as a businessman, I've had a lot of help from wonderful mentors who have steered me in the right direction and helped shortcut my success.
Without them I wouldn't be 1/2 the man I am today.
