After 9 long years of being a member the big box gym up the street I finally quit.
I was tired of slinging weights with meat-heads, stinky locker rooms, and endless people chatting more than working out.
So I was looking for a new challenge.
Then I found this cool thing called “Orange Theory.”
It's got running, rowing, and weights.
I love it.
Anyways, today the coach was playing a bunch music I grew up with.
While I was running my face off on the treadmill, “Things that make you go Hmmm” came on.
Which was a BIG coincidence.
Why? Because a few hours earlier I was looking at stats from last night's email and I noticed something funny.
I don't usually look at this, I couldn't help but notice a big spike in unsubscribes.
And it made me go, “Hmmm, I wonder what caused that.”
