The other day I got a message from one of my Podcast Mogul subscribers.
He said he got the newsletter (all the way in the UK) and he couldn't believe how much information I packed into that one issue. Then he offered to write me a testimonial.
I jumped at the opportunity to get a testimonial, but what kind of self respecting Podcast Mogul would want a written testimonial? Not me, that's for sure. I asked him if he wanted to grab a quick call where I could ask him a few questions and record it. He said yes.
So we jumped on the call and had a nice chat.
When I asked him what was an obstacle that would have prevented him from subscribing he said, “I don't think there was any obstacle. As soon as I saw it I wanted to learn about podcasting. I always believed its easier to find someone else already doing something and learn from them.”
And you know what? He's right.
