We thought she was kidding.
After all, when we got this kid he didn't know how to hold hands, hug, or kiss.
And after a few short days he was giving my and daddy hugs and kisses and holding our hands for walks through the mall.
We thought we were the exception.
Fast forward to today – we've been home exactly 3 days and I've only slept about 12 hours (total)
Each day there's a bigger fit than the last.
Right before I sat down to write this email we got through an hour long cry session before Dong finally fell asleep.
She told us it would be hard, but we didn't know it would be this hard.
It reminds me of those people out there who think I'm crazy when I tell them Podcasting is tougher than it looks.
Especially if you don't already have an offer that converts and an email list.
But people don't listen. They think they're the exception to the rule and things will work out just fine for them.
9 times out of 10 these people fail.
They get burt out or runout of money before their podcast show ever catches on.
