On my way there I was thinking about how I could get the most out of the last session of the year.
One thing that came to mind was all the notes I take at these events.
I write pages and pages of notes when I'm there, but I almost never look back at them.
Science says that writing your notes makes a better connection than typing them.
After doing some research I found a better way to take notes that connects your left and right brain making a deeper lasting impact.
It's called "Sketch Noting."
Check out my notes for the eight hour session on Tuesday:
The main idea of the day was focusing on your largest check.
I quickly realized only a handful of my DFY clients make up my largest checks and I need to be proactive about getting more clients like them.
One of the things I decided to do was to move from behind the curtain into the spotlight here at The Podcast Factory.
I've co-hosted a bunch of shows, but nobody knows who I am.
And I've got a plan to fix that in 2017.
If you look under the right side of the check you'll see "My Book."
I plan on having my next book out by March of 2017.
If you look to the right of "My Book" you'll see a guy standing in front of a mic.
I've been called the "King of Podcasting" yet I don't have a show of my own.
Crazy, huh?
I'm planning on fixing that by launching my first "solo" show in January of 2017.
And you know what, I want to give a select few of you a behind the scenes look at what it takes to launch a podcast in 45 days.
In fact, I'm actually going to walk you through the very same Podcast Launch method I've used to get my last 11 shows to the top of iTunes.
Not only that, but I'm going to take you by the hand and help you launch your show (using my proven system) at the same exact time.
And if you're wondering whether or not I can work on more than one show at a time, check out this screen shot from earlier this year when I had three shows going at the same time:
But I can only do this for a few people.
And I want to make sure you're 100% committed to launching your show in the next 45 days.
That's why I'm keeping this group small and making it a decent investment to join.
If you don't have a budget, you suffer from information overload, or you're not coachable, this ain't for you.
But, if you're finally ready to take your position as a thought leader in your market, this is your chance to get there with someone who has done it before.
Interested? Then write me back and tell me why you have to launch your podcast in the next 45 days and why you think I'm the right guy to help you.
