(00:57): Hey, what's talk, my friend Mark Russell here to king of Kline attraction and welcome to this new episode of the school of fine attraction. And in today's episode, I wanna share you through our growth plan for 2022. I, I want you to take some notes on this and I wanna take you behind the scenes for a second. Okay. And just kinda share exactly what we planned on doing. So, number one, this might shock you, but we're gonna do a lot of what we did last year, right? We're gonna do a lot of what did last year that worked in less of what we did last year. That didn't work. So let me be specific. So one thing we're gonna be doing every single day is gonna be creating content every single day. Just like we did before, we're gonna be tapping into reels even more. Cuz reels, we found that reels on Instagram are extremely powerful, more so powerful than the regular square longer videos.
(01:44): Right. We we've been testing our zones, been working really, really well. So that's number one. Also, we're going to be tapping into other platforms as well. We're gonna bring on somebody on the team to town lot TikTok and also leverage our LinkedIn as well, just so we can ramp up our omnipresence even more. Right? So we'll be tapping into TikTok it real heavy, seeing how we can take we doing on Instagram, put over TikTok what we can take, but we'll have somebody specifically doing that. And then we'll have somebody specifically handling our LinkedIn so we can get the most out of these different platforms. Right? Another thing we're gonna be doing is we did a lot of YouTube, this passion in 2021, but we really didn't like go all the way in. So one of our things gonna be focused on is like really diving into mastering YouTube and want to get as proficient with YouTube as we are with Facebook and Instagram.
(02:31): Right? So that's gonna be a huge thing on our plate that we're gonna be focused on as well. And we're gonna be looking at some other like podcasts that we can advertise on. One thing that we saw that worked really well for us in 2021 is kind of here to, I don't wanna say it's it or miss, but like we, I don't know if, you know, if you, if you watch the real social proof podcast with David Chan, we actually run ads on that podcast. We tested another one that inside Deval Ash cast, it didn't go as well. So we stopped running where we, I wanna say we stopped it where we didn't run it anymore. We're gonna be looking at other ones that may make sense for our particular audience, right? So those are some of the main things we're gonna be focused on and just really serving our client and doubling down or tripling down, leaving on really serving our clients at high level, looking at like how, how do we help our clients get results even faster?
(03:16): Like what are the constraints or bottlenecks in our process? Cause our clients get crazy results right now, right now nobody has, nobody's helping their clients get as much results as we are hands down and I'm willing to compete and do a verse on that. Right? So what we're gonna look at, okay, how can we help our clients get results even faster? How can we help them level up even faster? So that's a big thing we focus on on our operational side. So we can really ramp things up, even further, increase our goals, to get our PS, our net promoter score to the 90 level, right? So that's our growth plan for 2022, really focused, really locking in eliminating any fat around us. So we can really go faster, not only faster, but more efficiently, so we can do what we call to do and impact more people.
