Dr. Kevin Christie, where we discuss the latest in marketing strategies, contact marketing,
direct response marketing, and business development with some of the leading experts in
the industry.
Welcome. This is your host, Dr. Kevin Christie, and today we have got
another episode of The Modern Chiropractic Marketing Show. Today, we're
going dive into the Success Path and the Seven Aspects of the Success Path.
Dr. Bobby Maybee and I have revamped the Chiropractic Success Academy
and one of the big parts of that is what we are putting together as the Success
Path and then where you fall into that. So I'm going to dive into it and a few
other things about the Chiropractic Success Academy. We did close it. Okay?
We closed it back on July 1st and we are reopening it today, as you listen to
this. If you're listening on Thursday, the day it's released on October 10, and
so we are releasing this episode on the day of closed cart actually, to where
this is the last day to sign up for it. [0:01:13.4]
We're having a 4-day open and that way we can focus on the new members
that come in and what we have done, you know, it used to just be an open
membership and people could come and go and join, but what we found we
just were spending too much time on that, on like getting, you know, members
into the Academy, frankly. So what we decided to do is we need to focus more
on the members and just do maybe one or two openings per year, and this one
in particular was important because we wanted to add a whole bunch of
different things to the Academy. We listened to our audience. It's been great.
We have got a great community of over 100 members in there, and we wanted
to add a few different things. So before I dive into the Success Path, I want to
go over what the Academy is actually going to have now. [0:02:03.9]
One of the big ones is a content repository. We have contracted out with a
copywriter, like someone that writes copy, and we have got, we have had the
blogs in the Academy for some time now, but we're going to launch it with a
new deliverable. So basically each blog will have a couple of emails
associated with it that you can send out, some copy for Facebook posts, some
copy for Instagram with hashtags. So now, it's a blog deliverable instead of
just a blog. Now, there's some rules of engagement with that in the sense
where we don’t want this to be canned copy and the members will have access
to it and then they'll make changes, insert some YouTube links of videos
they've shot or information from their point of view or techniques that they do
to help with these things. Right? So, we'll have those guidelines, which we
already do as far as being able to repurpose this effectively so that you do get
SEO benefits versus SEO negative, which is if you have canned copy.

Because that's one of the realities out there is there's some companies that
provide you with blogs, but it's really they're providing that same blog to 500
other chiropractors, and that does dampen the SEO effect. So, the content
repository will start out with 10 blog deliverables right out of the gate, and

then we're going to add 1-3 per month as far as new content with that full
deliverable. So that's the content repository, which we're really excited about.
Next, is we have a preferred provider list in there with discounts. Most of the
preferred providers are providing a nice CSA member discount and most of
these discounts actually will cover the cost of what your membership is and so
not only do they create modules with inside the Academy, but they're also
resource for you and they're also offering discounts. So a lot of the modules
that are created in there are not just me and Bobby talking. [0:04:02.7]
We definitely do that. We definitely have those modules there - just me or just
Bobby, but we have got a lot, you know, like Motion Palpation is a
collaborator and they provide us clinical content. Strategic Coach has agreed
to be a collaborator and they're going to help us with the Mindset Channel and
really getting us thinking on a bigger level. So that was an exciting one that's
new out of the gates. They're actually going to create content for our members,
which is amazing. ChiroUp is providing content. John Morrison, Josh Satterly
- like just the list goes on of people and many of these are offering discounts,
so that's super exciting. You'll get discounts to the CSA retreats that we'll have
twice a year. We're actually having one coming up in Palm Beach. You can
check that out. It's on my Facebook group and I'll be getting that out a little bit
more. So you'll have discount on the retreats, which is awesome. You get an
FTCA membership discount as well. We'll have monthly Zoom calls. Like
we're actually doing …we just did one on Facebook ad strategy, so it'll be
CSA specific Zoom calls each month. [0:05:06.5]
Also, we have got a really well-developed Facebook community. One of the
things I kind of like in this too is that what the Modern Chiropractic Marketing
Group is and Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance is just a ton of great
information and it's like there's that someone, Joe Polish, who is a marketing
guy, put this image out there and it was like one image of a bunch of dots and
had information written underneath it. Then the next image had those same
dots with lines connecting the dots and it said "Knowledge," and just
connecting those dots, and that's what the CSA is. It's really putting it into
information package that is more knowledge than just a bunch of different
information. That's why we developed the Success Path. So it's a very
delineated path you can follow. So that's a lot of the new additions and some
of the things we're really excited about for our members coming up. The ones
we have now and the new ones, hopefully you'll be a new one and you know,
just in general, more accessible with the CSA members, you know.

They Facebook message me or reach out to me, email me, things of that
nature. I get back to them and so you've got a little bit more of kind of access -
not a ton more, you know. The Zoom calls are huge. We're not going to jump
on one-on-one calls all the time, but I definitely respond back to messages and
emails a lot quicker to CSA members just to help them out a bit. So, those are
some of the details of it. We're really excited about it, and what the CSA

Success Path was guided to do - so when you join, when a new member joins,
we have put together a nice path for you that you can enter in where you're at.
So when you do enter, you'll have access to a lot of the other, all that stuff that
I mentioned and there's other modules that go within channels, but then you're
going to enter into the Success Path, which right out of the gates will be part
one. Right? So you'll have Building Your Base, which is the first one, and
that's where we're going to really start to establish your goals and strengths,
who you are, all that… you know, start with why, the different types of
strategies you need to grow - this might be for some of the younger docs and
students. [0:07:17.5]
One of the things I did want to address. I was just at the Forward event in St.
Louis, which was just an amazing event, but I had a lot of docs come up to us
asking if this was for students only. Actually, we have students in there, but
we have way more doctors, and we have a lot of experienced doctors in there
as well. So, it's really good for students, young doctors and even seasoned
veterans. We have got a really wide ranging group in there. So it's not just for
students. So, Building Your Base will be number one, and that's where we're
really going to come out of the gates with. Then these seven modules are
going to then be dripped out over a few months. So you'll really want to digest
and spend some time on Building Your Base, and even if you're an
experienced doctor, there's going to be information there that's going to be
really helpful for you. [0:08:06.8]
Next is going to be the second part, which will be Establishing Your Brand.
Okay. We're going to have different things like messaging, branding yourself
in business, developing a story brand. We have got modules in there with John
Morrison and there'll be a lot of information there. So we're going to establish
your brand.
Then the third will be Growing Your Audience. We do a really well-
developed audience builder exercise in there amongst other things. So we're
going to start learning how to grow your audience.
Then fourth - Expanding Your Network. We're really going to work on
network calendars and how to get effective community outreach going, having
a plan for that. It's just something that a lot of doctors aren’t doing effectively
and not documenting correctly. So we'll get into that.
The fifth is Managing Your Practice. So as you can see, this is kind of
working ourselves up. Alright? Building the base. Now we're up to five, which
is Managing Your Practice, which then leads into module six - Mastering
Your Business. We get into a lot of the business side of things. [0:09:07.7]
Then lastly, seven is Designing Your Life. You will get to a certain point
where you really want to start getting those four freedoms, things of that
nature that I talk a lot about if you listen to the videos that we just released, the

four video, we talk about that type of stuff on a small scale. We dive deeper
into that. So, that is Designing Your Life.
You're going to this nice path going and we're going to help you along the
way, but again, there's so many other benefits of the Academy as well, but we
definitely felt like we needed people to know where to start. If you're ahead of
the game, then you can access some of the other modules as well. So that's
going to be important for you to understand also. So that's the Success Path. I..
you know, this is a month-to-month thing. It's $99 a month. [0:10:02.8]
It's 79 a month if you're a student. It's really low risk. We get a lot of good
feedback from it. I think you'll really enjoy what we have put together and it
continues to grow. It's one of those things where we're really wanting you to
have that support system around you so you don’t feel like you're left on an
island and you really grow as a practitioner - clinically, business, marketing
and last, but not least, is mindset. You know, it's all woo woo type of mindset
stuff. It's actual things you can do to really make sure that you are thinking
clearly and keeping your confidence as you go through this.
