The real problem comes when you audit yourself and see if you’re well equipped enough to handle each problem and have the right strategy in place to get their home sold. Ask yourself if you are a solutions provider or are you putting all your clients listings in a ‘one size fits all’ box, treating them using the same process. It's almost robotic.
