(00:35): Hey there, gang. Welcome to find your fear so glad you are here. We are continuing the faithful finish series today because the year is not over today is a new day. It's a new opportunity and we are making the most of it. And we're gonna talk about how we can get into a place of faith. I believe today, what's been downloaded in my heart is gonna be a gentle and loving reminder that we are being called to take that step to where God is calling us. And I know I need this for sure. So I'm gonna be talking to myself today as well, but before we go any further, I have to say that I just love that you are here listening in and spending time. So honored that I get to be a part of your day. You are just so amazing. And I have to thank you for your love and support as always.
(01:13): I appreciate your feedback and your reviews. And I just love that you share this podcast and a set free message with your friends and family. And if you could keep on doing that, that would be pretty incredible because you are helping this movement as it helps reach more women and it impacts more lives. And that is certainly what life is all about. So thank you again for being with us each week. I'm gonna start off with a bold question to kick this episode off. Is the Lord calling you into the unknown, calling you to something different, to a place that doesn't really make sense on paper? Like there is a growing awareness of a divine call that just won't go away feeling like there is no way around it to where it's coming down to whether or not you are going to obey and walk in the divine alignment with his plan and purpose for your life.
(02:03): I felt that way. Tons of times, as a matter of fact, I can say that I'm feeling it in this exact moment. And let me tell ya, it comes down to faith to have it or to not. And we all know that we can have faith. We have that choice. We have free will. We can choose to have faith, or we can choose to have little faith, but have you ever thought about faith being like a location, a place where you can live in or live out of faith? That really is all that the Lord wants us to do. The Lord is calling you and me. And he is calling us to do what he asks us to do with faith. And that will bring pleasure to the Lord in Hebrews 11, six passion translation. It says, and without faith living within us, it would be impossible to please, God, I don't know about you, but I wanna live in a place of complete faith to live in faith until the assignment he has me on is accomplished regardless of how challenging or difficult it is or how long it's gonna take me to do it.
(03:11): I wanna be committed to stay in faith until the job is done. It's such motivation for me to be in faith, to bring delight and to please the Lord's heart. Do you agree? Is that how you wanna live too? If we wanna fully follow God's plan for our life, we must find out where God actually wants us to be who he wants us to be, which is who he created us to truly be. He wants that true me and that true you to show up each and every day. And he wants that version of us to go places and to fulfill his purpose and plan for us. And then once we get, have that all figured out, we need to get an alignment with his call and stay there, but we have to get started. We have to start moving toward that to take action in faith, to be in faith for all the assignments.
(04:06): God gives us all the little nudges in our heart, all the things that just won't go away. But how do we do that? Where do we even begin to get started to discover where you'll find God's will for your life? When you might even be feeling like a bit lost and confused as to what the next steps should be, whether the Lord has given, maybe he's already given you vision, or maybe you're searching for that vision for your own life. Here are a few things that I wanna share with you to help you to get into a place of faith and to move in the right direction. Okay. Are you guys ready? One decide to start, decide to decide, begin serving. I get it. You probably were thinking, wait a minute. You're telling me to serve. I barely have time to take 20 minutes for myself.
(04:54): Let alone have time to give more of myself to others. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but when you decide to start serving for the Lord, partnering with him, he is actually going to flip it. He will start giving you a vision for your own life. Your purpose begins to be revealed. So just pause for a moment. Let's look around. Are there any needs that you can help me right now? Think about how your talents, your gifts, your time, your money, how can it help reach others? And then I want you to go for it. Set your faith on fulfilling that task. Believe for the blessing to come upon it. You can actually be a game changer in so many lives, and that should fire you up too. Decide how you're going to start serving. How are you moving forward? How are you going to move forward?
(05:48): What is God specifically telling you to do, asking you to do? Is it something at church with the ministry or is it on your own? Is it giving back and serving others, you know, in this super effective way to get you in a place of faith? And let me tell you, it's so rewarding because it takes our focus off of self and it puts the focus on others and your heart is going to explode in the process. That fires me up three, decide where you're going to serve. Don't just take any on all opportunities that come a long way, pray about it. Where are you being called to serve? And when you get that downloaded in your soul, go for it with all your heart, give your best, be that high performer, wherever God is calling you. And then I want you to decide this is number four, decide what level of commitment you are willing to make.
(06:36): I know there are a lot. Yes, girls listening. I was one of them. I will a actually be the first to tell you do not overcommit yourself. You don't have to do it all. You don't have to do it all at once. What's realistic to you and your family. And please hear me. When I say this, do not spread yourself. Then actually move slower in the beginning. If you have to, so are sure that you are making the best decision, a decision that is based on what God is leading you to. And then five sow the seed and start. Now what you sow is exactly what you are going to reap. And sometimes I feel like I've been planting seeds for a really, really long time, right? But I have I, but I've grown in that. A place of faith. That's where that happens. And I know harvest day is coming.
(07:23): I truly believe that. So I encourage you to keep planting, keep sewing good seeds in good ground that produces good fruit. Keep sewing into what you wanna become and what you desire to kind of flow back into your life. So those faith filled seeds and you will get into a great place of faith. And then number six, we talk about this all the time. Keep going. The perseverance do not stop for any reason. Keep your eyes on the prize. Don't allow the Wes to knock you out of the game. I know last week we talked about how the Bible promises you blessings and that your season is coming to be patient. Even if it feels like it's taking too long and that it's never gonna happen, just keep hanging on tight and keep doing what you know God wants you to do. And I gotta throw this in there as well.
(08:14): Be expectant. It will come. If you don't give up, don't allow the enemy to discourage you or to crush what you have been waiting for. And God's planned for your life. That's usually the time that devil actually tries the hardest to get you to quit. And I truly believe if you add what I have shared into your life, it's gonna help guide you to get on the path that leads to your purpose and the vision that God has promised you now is not the time to just sit around and wait for something to happen. There is a time for waiting. I totally get that. And there is a time to move. And now is the time for you to jump into action and move forward in fulfilling what God has put into your heart to do. And if you don't know how to get your own dream moving yet, take this time to so your time, so your talent and your money into someone else and the God-given dream to serve others, to give back what you do for someone else is exactly.
(09:13): What's gonna come back to you. Believe that be in faith with that. And as the end of the year is approaching actually is the perfect time to reflect, to start moving, serving, giving, trust me, trust the Lord. You will begin to unwrap your own faith assignment, which is so exciting. And it may be to entirely help someone else. You never know what God is up to, but it's gonna be good, but he's gonna, he, but he is gonna make it so super clear to you as he sees you staying faithful, a few questions reflect on this week. Do you know what God has told you to do with your life? If not, have you considered serving someone and else until your vision becomes clear to you? Are you serving now? How do you plan to live in and with faith daily, I'm loving these faithful finished series.
