If you’re new around here then you won’t know how The Podcast Factory started.
Basically, it was me rapping with my mentors, recording the conversations, and putting them on the air so everyone could hear what we were talking about.
I figured these guys had helped me so much, if more people could hear them – we would help them too.
Back then I would go after the people I wanted to talk to.
That flipped when I turned this thing into a full fledged biz.
People started chasing me to help them.
It has been a while since I’ve done any chasing.
But a few months ago I was in Utah and I found someone worth going after.
It didn’t take much convincing to get him to do a show.
He was ready.
Me and the team came highly recommended.
I told him I wanted to work with him.
And we got started.
There are a couple of reasons I wanted to work with this guy.
First, he’s funny.
He’s a deep thinker and has a great way of sharing what he knows.
Second, he’s in a field that’s near and dear to my heart.

Anyways, the guys name is Dan Barrett and his show is called REI Marketing Nerds.
It’s all about how you can get more real estate deals using online marketing.
