You think a podcast will get you leads?
People think it's easy to get email subscribers from your podcast show.
The fact is, one of the hardest things to do is get people from your show back to your website and onto you email list.
Why? Because people are listening on the go – while in their car on their way to work. At the gym, taking a run, or multi-tasking and pre-occupied with other stuff.
Which means its nearly impossible to snap them out of what they're doing to get them running back to your site to subscribe to your email list.
It's unrealistic to think it's going to happen for you unless you know what you're doing.
Think about a show like "Lost"
At the end of each episode they opened up a new can of worms that got so many questions running through your head you couldn't wait for the next episode.
That's what you have to do with your podcast show.
You gotta leave people hanging with questions they can only get answered inside the next episode.
