Do you hear what I hear?
A voice, a voice deep inside your head.
Saying, "You're not doing enough. You're falling behind. You SUCK!"
Do you see what I see?
That voice is effing with your head.
Do you know what I know?
There's a way to shut that voice up so you can focus on your work.
And when you know what I know you'll see how you can be more productive and happier at the same time.

In a study of 2,250 volunteers between the ages of 18 and 88 psychologists Matthew A. Killingsworth and Daniel T. Gilbert of Harvard university found on average people spent 46.9% of their time thinking about something other than what they’re doing. This is called “the wandering mind”
That means most people would rather be anywhere, rather than where they are right now.
This is the reason most people are unhappy, unproductive, and unprofitable.
I used to be one of these people.
True story. Once, I had a good friend over for dinner. He and I have been friends for 22 years, so he knows me better than most people. While him and Cupcake sat at the bar chit chatting and enjoying a drink I was cutting vegetable for dinner. They both stared at me in wonder and he said, "I’ve never seen anyone so focused on cutting vegetables." That’s when I realized I had discovered the secret to being happy no matter what.
This secret is often misunderstood and most people don't think they have the time or the discipline for it.
But I figured out a way to get all the benefits of this age old secret in less than ten minutes per day
Now I find myself more focused and able to get the most important things done with less stress.
I'm sharing this ancient secret with you in the next issue of my Podcast Mogul Newsletter http://PodcastMogul.com
It's part two of my "Trifecta for Good Living" and starts on page 12 of the January issue.
It goes to the printer soon, subscribe now while you still have time.
