At night I like to watch sitcoms before I drift off to sleep.
The other night I was watching one of my favorites.
I literally laughed out loud.
So loud I woke Cupcake and she asked what I was watching.
It was season 8 episode 2 of “Everybody Loves Raymond.”
The one about the Thank You notes.
It's the one where Ray's Mom guilts his new sister in law about not sending Thank You notes for her wedding gifts.
In the end the old lady won and got her daughter in law to send those stinkin' notes.
It reminds me of all the biz owners in the world who don't appreciate their clients.
Don't be confused…
I'm not saying you should put clients on a pedestal.
That would be a mistake.
But your clients have forked over their hard earned dough to work with you.
In addition to the results you get them,
Showing a little appreciation goes a long way.
We're obsessed with giving our clients a world class experience when you work with us.
That's why when we bring you on board you get a welcome gift.
And not some lame Starbucks card either.
In fact, our clients have been so overwhelmed by the way we welcome them they've taken to posting videos on social media, telling their friends, and even asking us if we could do this for them too.
The short answer is…
No.
But it's part of our plan to make lifelong partnerships with the people we serve.
You wanna check out how we welcome our clients?
There's only one way to see it…

If you make the cut you'll get the same Big Bang welcome we give all our beloved clients.
I'll bet you decide you need to up your game on boarding new clients into your biz.
And before you ask…
Yes, I also send a handwritten Thank You note to go along with it.
Until next time,
Producer Jonathan
