Those who blame their circumstances on others don't have power. They have no ability to transform their lives because they believe that they have nothing to do with what happens to them.

Just Do It

Another idea that the book imparts is this: reflection is the enemy of action. Nothing will ever happen if you just talk about your ideas.

Consider those who say they want to write a book. In reality, only few people take action. Not everyone who wants to write a book actually do it.
