The Story of the 3 N’s
Kyle shares the story of the 3 N’s: Nolte, knee, and pneumonia. He tells about how he got completely stressed out after working on a number of things at the same time.
He was still working full time as a school teacher when he and his wife opened the training facility. With that, Kyle had to balance two main jobs at the same time.
He ignored the stress it gave him, and just continued working. As a result, he suffered from pneumonia.
Finding the Perfect Balance
The experience taught Kyle the impossibility of having a perfect balance in life. No matter how much you strive for it, it still would not be achieved.
The tough schedule and the stress it caused took away his freedom. Consequently, Kyle had to resign from teaching. He learned classic lessons from it, and he wants to guide others in finding the right balance they need.
