When someone says that to me I jump back in fear because "brain picking" conjures up pictures of the walking dead surrounding me gnashing their teeth trying to eat me alive.
In that situation I'm fighting for my life and you best believe I'm getting away in once piece.
But I get it, sometimes you need to talk to someone to get a fresh perspective on your project.
