And even though it seems like I've talked a lot about sponsorships lately the fact is I only invest two pages into talking about sponsors.
After the sponsor talk we dive into my two favorite ways to bring in cold hard cash that's been working before there were radios, TV's, or even the interwebs. Every successful business I have built worked on these two pillars.
Fact is, most podcast fail because they don't have these two things in place before they start their show. And it's one of the requirements I have before I'll take on a new client. The good news is, once you have them in place – you can make just about any business work (as long as you're doing something good.)
