Without headaches or hassles

If I see one more guroob telling you everyone should start a podcast I swear I'll knock their teeth out.

Just kidding, I don't enjoy hitting people as much as I did when I was a teenager.

But seriously, why do you think so many of these exspurts keep telling you to start a podcast?

Its usually because they have a podcast course to sell you.

And I get it, because I'm in the biz – but I spent most of last year talking people out of podcasting.

Why? Because podcasting can be a lot of work, especially if you decide to do it yourself.

I remember when I first started podcasting way back in 2009 I used to do everything myself.

What was supposed to be a fun 1/2 hour chat with my buddies often took me 4-5 hours to get it all done.

The recording was the easy part.

After that I had to edit the show, mix the intros and commercials, finalize the file, then upload to my hosting company and schedule. Then I'd go and write the show notes and the social media posts for it, finally finishing up scheduling my blog posts and promo emails.

The crazy part, I was doing this every single week without any ROI.

That's why I nearly quit.

Back to podcasting courses.

Most of the time whats inside these podcasting courses is actually a deep dive into audio engineering.

And that's exactly why I talk noobs out of podcasting.

Because you're better off having a real business that's bringing in dough before jumping into podcasting. Then you can afford to hire someone to do all the podcasting grunt work for you.

Plus, once you have an offer that's converting you can tie a podcast to it and start growing your list and making more sales.

Take my buddy Ben Settle for example.

In a recent episode of his show he talked about how a launch we did last year was the most successful he has ever done. And all we used was lowly email marketing and his podcast show.

So if you've got a working offer and a budget, adding a podcast to your biz might make a lot of sense.

If you're short on time, you don't want the big learning curve of podcasting, and you want to work with a team that has your back then pay close attention.

For the last three months I haven't been accepting any clients into my "Done for You" podcasting service.

And that's all about to change next week.

I'm opening up the doors for 2 new clients.

To be the first to know when we're accepting applications get on the early notice list at http://thepodcastfactory.com/difm/
