Well I hope you found value from our last episode. This is now part 2 of our 2 part series that shares our 10X revenue model.

This is the same methods that billion-dollar Apps such as Tinder, Angry Birds, and Uber have incorporated to produce millions in additional revenue.

And i’m going to walk you through the last 2 steps of our 10X Revenue Model today, so that you can begin maximizing sales and profits to your app.

So stay tuned!

In our last episode, I shared the first 2 steps, in our 10X App Revenue Model.. If you haven't yet tuned in, make sure to pause this episode now, and listen to that first.

In order to make sense of everything it’s important to listen to Part1 of this series first before moving ahead.

And before I forget, if you like what we talked about today and want to go deeper, our team created a detailed PDF Guide, that goes along with this series, that outlines each of the steps for you.

Alright, so let's jump back in to the last 2 steps.

So Step #3 of our 10X Revenue Model is Increasing The Frequency of Sales Per User.

This step focuses on increasing the number of purchases, from each user. According to the Gartner Group, 80% of your future profits, will come from just 20%of your existing customers.

Let me repeat that because it’s incredibly important. 80% of your future profits, will come from just 20% of your existing customers.

So how do you position your App so that users are not only interested in paying you, but will do so two, three, or even ten times over a year?

Additionally, the market research company called Marketing Metrics, stated that 70% of users who make one In-App purchase are more inclined to purchase again.

So someone who made an in app purchase, is 70% more inclined to purchase again.

This can be encouraged, through ongoing direct marketing efforts such as using push notifications, 15-second video marketing, and even email marketing to re-engagement. .

Remember, that the key is also to entice the user towards purchasing the high-priced options at a perceived discount!

One thing we recommend for all of our private clients, is having a “Buy All” option at a discounted price.

This is something the top Billion Dollar apps have.

You see, user mostly rely on comparisons between options to make a purchase decision. And the “Buy All” options is some users go-to item.

Give users an offer they simply can’t refuse.

If you show that the user is getting a great deal, they will select it. We have seen Apps more than TRIPLE their revenue, by adding an “Unlock All” or “Buy All” option at a perceived discounted price.

Although the total number of purchases may be less, the “Unlock All” or “Buy All” options have proven to be the highest revenue offer for many apps.

With this option, you benefit by receiving full payment today from that user, rather than waiting for payments tomorrow. And the user benefits, by gaining access to all your content at once, at a discounted price!

Alright, Step #4 of our 10X Revenue Model is all about Increasing Your Product Offerings

This is all about adding additional business models to your app.

I encourage you to consider, what else can your App offer?

By strategically combining multiple business models, into your App, you start to open new revenue opportunities.

The top Billion Dollar Apps incorporate a variety of product offerings and you should too.

Uber for example, offers one-time transportation options such as Uber Pool, UberX, and Black Car at different incentivized pricing. But they also have offerd a subscription model providing unlimited Uber Pool rides at a flat monthly fee.

So they have both in app purchases and a subscription model.

Another great example is Tinder, Tinder not only uses both In-App advertising, and In-App purchase options, but also offers a subscription service called Tinder Plus.

Tinder Plus provides additional value such as Unlimited Swipes and extra Super Likes for a flat monthly rate. According to Credit Suisse, Tinder has over 100,000 Tinder Plus subscribers and is currently valued at over $8 Billion Dollars as of this episode.

Here’s another example, it is reported that over 50% of Angry Birds revenue is now out-side of the App, from licensing deals and merchandising.

This is because they created a Brand, that can now be leveraged for other business models outside of the original app.

If you focus on building a community that your users want to be a part of, they are far more inclined to purchase your offerings.

I encourage you to foster a loyal community, that would be inclined to maybe even wear a shirt with your icon or character on it, just as others do with Angry Birds and Clash of Clans.

So I encourage you to build a brand, not just an App!

Incorporate the right offers, to your App, and you can easily DOUBLE or even TRIPLE existing profits.

Remember, an App business requires an equally elegant bu- siness model with the right pricing, messaging, and delivery channel to the right target customers.

So again, if you incorporate the right offers into your App, and you can easily double, or even triple existing profits.

Alight so to recap, the last 2 steps of our“10X Revenue Model” is Step #3 of our 10X Revenue Model is Increasing Frequency of Sales Per User.

Remember, 80 percent of your future profits, will come from just 20 percent of your existing customers.

How do you position your App so that users are not only interested in paying you, but will do so two, three, or even ten times over a year?

We have seen Apps more than TRIPLE their revenue, by adding an “Unlock All” or “Buy All” option at a discounted price.

And lastly Step #4 is all about Increasing Your Product Offerings.

By strategically combining multiple business models into your App, you start to open new revenue opportunities. This is something all the top apps incorporate.

After this episode I encourage you to take a second and consider how you can apply these simple but powerful steps to your app and begin to maximize your sales and revenue.
